Dystopian future where countries of the western world live under total surveillance after nuclear terror incident. Intriguing story of a chase after suspect involved in series of genocides in several 3rd world countries. Did he actually managed to initiate genocides? How and what for?
The story is told from perspective of a special ops soldier and the show demonstrates impressive amount of techno-tactical combat gear in action, including nano-gear to immunise soldiers from cruelty of war and PTSD, pain blockers, augmented reality, etc.
Viewers get all explanations and answers, as well as some philosophy and interesting moral dilemmas. Nice combination of action and dialogues. However I get the feeling that the novel on which the movie is based have more to the story...
Interestingly, protagonist is surprised when he sees a cash transaction:
"Paper money? I suppose ID-pay is the norm these days, isn't it? ... So that was illegal currency? I thought the experiments with regional currency were over!"

I think if you don't want to give any spoilers you tell some story and the rest you can tell about animation music and your experience. Short writing is not bad but from here not everyone will be attracted to this animator. Of course, this is my opinion, yours may be different, it was just an advice, of course, write as you like.
