Rather erratic and mediocre story about handsome, confident and funny amnesiac with a cool mobile phone on a mission to "make Japan great again" -- how would you do it if you was given a hefty amount of money and nearly omnipotent assistant?
Romantic side story makes the show more entertaining but romance goes nowhere...
Very weak ending, but generally not bad. The show gets worse as it goes.
There are also few movies that add little to the story, except a very brief and cool moment after ending credits of the very last movie "Higashi no Eden Movie II: Paradise Lost" 1 where something funny happens when protagonist meets face-to-face with mastermind behind the events.
