Yes!! It's super futuristic as long as you ignore the parts where they use technological objects that are currently considered obsolete haha 😆 but lately with how advanced technology is, it won't be long before it's possible to have companion robots like these... and don't doubt that some geek will try to recreate Chii, that's a given haha 😅
The CLAMP are fantastic, over the years they created stories that enamored the public and that even today, continue to echo 😌 there are several animes by these authors that I have never seen, so I hope to catch up in the future 😗
