Sometimes when we're too picky, we miss out on something really good. But I know what you mean... When it's not visually appealing, we tend to lose motivation to read. Anyway, I'm glad I read this despite the art style. ✨😁

I had a situation recently where I read something that had an art style I absolutely could not enjoy, but the story was genuinely interesting and kept me reading to the end. That doesn't usually happen.
I do try to put the picky side of me behind though. Especially since I like art and I find that manga/comics offer a lot to learn through it.
Ohh.. what manga was it?
I don't usually mind the art style as long as he story is good, but it could sometimes be the opposite.
I recently watched an anime called Redline... The story was so-so (for me), but the art and animation style were amazing!!! 😍😍😍
Yeah I think Redline exists just for the animators to brag about their skills. It's beautifully animated and a simple story.
If you want something similar, check out Promare.
And it was a comic, Books of Doom. Been a while since I read any manga, I wanted to get back into it recently.
Ohh.. I've heard of Promare, but never checked it out. Will do so! :)
Ohh~ I haven't really checked comic books... usually just manga or webtoon. :)
