Ask Anime Question of the Week:
I'm only limiting it to anime released in 2024. There's been several titles that are done already so which ones didn't live up to the hype?

There are a bit of animes that where forgotten quite fast. But I'll have to say I really didn't like this ones:
If there is something I hate is long ass animes that never end
Never started any of the two but I'd consider it once the source material is done. The fact that there are fans out there who would die before these stories conclude is a tragic outcome.
Trinity Seven in Crunchyroll. It's just generic, bland, OP protagonist with a harem. On the other hand, at least the MC is not an annoying clueless protagonist typical in a harem anime.
I don't really hate this anime, but I was disappointed in how it ended. I was really hyped about its romance at first, but soon I found some of its parts dragging, and at the end, I didn't get the ending I expected—I mean, at least a confession, right? I really finished like 24+ episodes to be left hanging again—and that's the feeling I hate. It's Nijiro Days btw, and yeah—I hate overthinking especially on romance plots because I'm a pessimist, and I hate my mind because there were really times I imagined the mc getting ntr'd (noooooo—fortunately, that didn't happen...sighs in relief )...lol I'm currently having a massive brain rot right now..so sumimasen minna~
For me, one of the biggest disappointments so far is the anime: A Condition Called Love
Many painted it as the romance of the year, and it was anything but, I found it boring and the quality of the animation was disappointing.... But the biggest problem for me, was the main male character: Hananoi, whose personality was strange and, at many points, awkward. There were scenes where his actions were overly possessive or just plain inappropriate, which broke with the expected romantic tone.... His way of interacting with the female lead didn't always make sense, this made key interactions not flow naturally, I could only think that this guy was in dire need of therapy.
Hahahahah I also think he needed theraphy 😅 But I kinda understand why he’s like that.. I think some Japanese people are like that in some ways..
Unnamed memory. I get that it's a light novel but everything was tu rushed for no apparent reason. I think they could've done better and take their time, but well...
It was fast paced indeed! I was surprised of how things went in the anime
I know, right? I never thought I would say this, because I don't like slow animes, but they did needed to slow down a bit
I’m surprised many have managed to finish the anime even when they think it was worse. LOL I wouldn’t be able to finish it if it was me.
I think that of those that I finished this year would be without a doubt Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan, the truth is that this anime is a ridiculous comedy but at least at the beginning it was funny and it had one of the most catchy OP of the season, at the end it became less funny and even monotonous, despite being an anime with a ridiculous approach I was disappointed at the end.
It would have been so-so but the successful marketing prior to its pilot episode sets the show up for a disappointment. It's not that it's not funny, it's more like it wasn't that funny compared to the attention it received when so little knew about it.
So far i don't have many but this anime disappointments me so much name " Deadman Wonderland " me so bad. I thought it will be very fun to watch because the name is Deadman Wonderland but after saw this it's get place in my worset list.
