Algo en lo que había estado trabajando era en una versión 2.0 de mi cosplay de Glamrock freddy, anteriormente ya había hecho una versión de el, pero es un cosplay que quiero ir mejorando hasta llegar a un diseño que me haga sentir satisfecha con el personaje.
Something I had been working on was a 2.0 version of my Glamrock Freddy cosplay, I had previously made a version of it, but it is a cosplay that I want to improve until I reach a design that makes me feel satisfied with the character.
Glamrock freddy es un personaje que se ha llevado mi corazón por completo, algo que me estresa un poco es que de todos los personajes freddy es el que menos ropa tiene y por ello experimento con diferentes diseños de trajes para representarlo, cuando hago cosplay me gusta ser fiel a los personajes así que eh estado batallando con diseños correctos para representarlo y que me haga sentir fiel a su diseño.
Glamrock Freddy is a character that has completely taken my heart. Something that stresses me out a little is that of all the characters, Freddy is the one with the least clothes and that's why I experiment with different costume designs to represent him. When I cosplay I like it. be faithful to the characters so I've been struggling with correct designs to represent it and make me feel faithful to its design.
Luego de mi primer cosplay de él y haber realizado este diseño en concreto me puse a hacer y experimentar con diferentes combinaciones hasta llegar a esta nueva versión diseñada por mí ya que la anterior solo combiné mi ropa casual.

Tenía unas cuantas telas sobrantes de cosplays que había mandado a hacer, colores que van totalmente con freddy por suerte, esta vez iba a hacer mi cosplay yo misma, hace tiempo hice un curso de costura y muchas veces hago ropa para mí pero nunca me había hecho un cosplay porque admito ser un poco perfeccionista y vanidosa y si hago un cosplay que no llegue a quedar como quiero no me lo pondré jajajaja lo siento, pero esta vez me sentía cómoda con el diseño y confiada de que es algo que mis habilidades en costura pueden hacer.
I had a few leftover fabrics from cosplays that I had had made, colors that totally go with Freddy luckily, this time I was going to make my cosplay myself, a long time ago I took a sewing course and I often make clothes for myself but I had never I've done a cosplay because I admit to being a bit of a perfectionist and vain and if I make a cosplay that doesn't turn out the way I want I won't wear it hahahaha I'm sorry, but this time I felt comfortable with the design and confident that it is something that my skills in sewing can do.
Lo primero que hice fue el top y aunque es una pieza pequeña realmente me costó un poco. La parte que más me costó fue esta especie de solapa roja que cubre lo que se asemeja a un traje abajo y es que las hice enteras cuando tenía que hacer literal estilo solapa y luego doblarlas como haría una normalmente, no pude cocerlas y que no se arrugaran así que luego de cuatros intentos de coser y descocer (todos mis trabajos de costura los hago a mano, no tengo máquina de coser) decidí recurrir a uno de los mejores inventos de la humanidad, silicón caliente y las pegue a la tela y quedo perfecto.

The part that was most difficult for me was this kind of red lapel that covers what resembles a suit below and that is that I made them whole when I had to make a literal lapel style and then fold them as one would normally do, I couldn't cook them and they didn't They wrinkled so after four attempts at sewing and unstitching (I do all my sewing by hand, I don't have a sewing machine) I decided to resort to one of the best inventions of humanity, hot silicone and I glued them to the fabric and it was perfect.
Lo último fue hacer la falda, esta falda negra también la hice yo, pero ya tenía tiempo de haberla hecho sin embargo decidí modificarla y quedármela para este cosplay, lo que hice fue ponerle una especie de pretina (creo que se le puede llamar así) en forma de “v” del mismo color que el top.
The last thing was to make the skirt, I also made this black skirt, but I had already made it for a while, however I decided to modify it and keep it for this cosplay, what I did was put a kind of waistband on it (I think you can call it that). in the shape of a “v” of the same color as the top.
A un costado de la falda decidí ponerle un diseño de trueno que es algo que resalta de G-freddy, con esta tela metalizada azul muy bonita que tenía, también le coloque una colita que mande a hacer, aunque freddy no tiene esa cola, pero me pareció un detalle lindo que añadir, amo las colas, más adelante lo descubrirán.
On one side of the skirt I decided to put a thunder design on it which is something that stands out about G-Freddy, with this very pretty blue metallic fabric that I had, I also added a little tail that I had made, although Freddy doesn't have that tail, but I thought it was a nice detail to add, I love tails, you will discover it later.
A mi diadema con orejas les agregué estos aretes de trueno hermosos que pedí para el cosplay, antes me los ponía yo, pero se tapaban con la película en cambio ahí lucen más.
To my headband with ears I added these beautiful thunder earrings that I ordered for the cosplay, I used to wear them myself, but they were covered with the film, but they look better there.
Esta vez en vez de pintarme el trueno en el pecho lo hice de cartulina metalizada y lo pegue al lazo y quedo muchísimo mejor y vistoso.
This time instead of painting the thunder on my chest I made it out of metallic cardboard and glued it to the bow and it looked much better and more attractive.
Y las piezas nuevas y más emocionantes para mi fueron estas cositas que mande a hacer con una tienda.
Para mi cosplay solicite estas pantuflas con garras, cola y guantes como los de glamrock freddy, fueron un pedido personalizado para este cosplay para añadir esa parte aún mas de oso y que mi cosplay no sea tan humanizado.
And the new and most exciting pieces for me were these little things that I had a store make.
For my cosplay I requested these slippers with claws, tail and gloves like Glamrock Freddy's, they were a custom order for this cosplay to add that even more bear part and so that my cosplay is not so humanized.
Estas cosas están bellísimas y super bien hechas, además la tienda me mando este pequeño peluche de este conejito, me dijeron que es del grupo que se llama bts, no me gusta ese grupo, pero si los conejitos y el rosa así que esta bonito. uwu
These things are beautiful and super well made, plus the store sent me this little stuffed animal of this bunny, they told me it's from the group called BTS, I don't like that group, but I do like the bunnies and the pink one, so it's pretty. uwu
Esos fueron los toques finales para terminar mi cosplay y aquí les enseño la versión final. La verdad es que estoy muy feliz, como dije es el primer cosplay que hago el traje, ya veré si me animo a hacer otro yo. Me gusta mucho como mi cosplay de freddy tiene tan buen recibimiento por encima de todos los cosplays que eh hecho, siempre lo digo nunca me lo espere, ¡pero me encanta conseguir a otros fans de freddy!
Those were the finishing touches to finish my cosplay and here I show you the final version. The truth is that I am very happy, as I said, it is the first cosplay that I have made the costume, I will see if I dare to make another one myself. I really like how my Freddy cosplay has such a good reception above all the cosplays I've done, I always say it, I never expected it, but I love getting other Freddy fans!
Esta convención a la que fue realmente no fue buena, fue algo cara y no cumplió con lo que prometieron, solo era un espacio lleno de tiendas y uno que otra cosa en escenario pero igual nos quedamos ya que habíamos pagado la entrada, había un club de juegos de mesa en donde podías jugar y mis acompañantes y yo fuimos ahí, pasamos jugando casi hasta el final de la convención , jugamos un jugo de cartas de dinosaurios con ansiedad y Mario party resultando en que fui la ganadora de ambos juegos, llego el final de la convención, fui a comerme un rico helado de coco con caramelo y nos fuimos a casa!
This convention that he went to really wasn't good, it was a bit expensive and didn't fulfill what they promised, it was just a space full of shops and one or another thing on stage but we still stayed since we had paid the entrance fee, there was a club of board games where you could play and my companions and I went there, we played almost until the end of the convention, we played a dinosaur card game with anxiety and Mario party resulting in me being the winner of both games, the At the end of the convention, I went to eat a delicious coconut ice cream with caramel and we went home!
Pues a pesar de que la convención no fue buena pues pasamos el día haciendo cualquier cosa para entretenernos, ya a la noche empecé a sentirme mal y termine enferma, ¡con gripe y un malestar que me duro 2 semanas! Realmente me sentía super mal, ni se porque me dio eso, pero ya paso jajaja.
Well, even though the convention was not good because we spent the day doing anything to entertain ourselves, at night I started to feel bad and ended up sick, with the flu and a malaise that lasted 2 weeks! I really felt really bad, I don't even know why it gave me that, but it's over hahaha.
Tengo ganas de llevar este cosplay a otras convenciones ya que el 2023 hice varios cosplays y quiero pasearlos. Ya estoy trabajando en la versión final de mi cosplay de freddy, no se los mostrare porque me gusta que sea sorpresa. Nos vemos en mi siguiente post y gracias por leer.

Que genial que decidieras crear tu misma el cosplay, quedo muy bien me gusto el resultado, no conozco al personaje como tal al no haber jugado los juegos pero se me ve muy llamativo y la verdad los colores resaltan bastante, es una pena que la convención no fuera como esperaban pero al final lo mas importante era tener tu cosplay listo.

How cool that you decided to create the cosplay yourself, it was very nice I liked the result, I don't know the character as such not having played the games but it looks very striking and the colors really stand out, it's a shame that the convention was not as expected but in the end the most important thing was to have your cosplay ready.
