This one has an interesting requirement with Anime about the future. It is a difficult one for me because I have written about so many of them already that I might actually run out of content!Hey folks, it's time to kick off March's Quest given to us by @theanimerealm.
A side note is that I thought I had posted this on the 1/3/2025.... I hadn't clicked publish like an idiot 😅 But it's here now folks!
Rentarou Aijou is the main man of our story,the guy who is popular with his friends, has the looks, intelligence and athletic skills to make him a wanted man with the ladies. Unfortunately for him, his love life is in absolute tatters. He has confessed his love to many a girl over the years, and been turned down 99 times!
On the day of his graduation from middle school, Rentarou confesses his love for the 100th time. And gets turned down!
With Rentarou feeling down, he makes the decision to visit a matchmaking shrine to see if he can make his chances of landing a girlfriend more in his favor.

While at the shrine, the God of the shrine appears and tells Rentarou that he will not meet one soulmate, but 100 soulmates 😎
Rentarou doesn't take the God seriously, but this changes on his first day of high school.
Rentarou meets two of these soulmates right off the bat, the loveable Hakari Hanazono and Karane Inda.
As the series progresses, more and more ladies are added to his little Harem, Kusuri Yakuzen is one of my favourites as she's amazing but mental 😁
Overall the series is quite funny, it has the usual required fanservice for this kind of Anime, but it doesn't go over the top with it. This is actually refreshing as some series go way overboard with it.
Another great bit about this series is that a second series was released as I was watching the first, which is great for me as I really enjoyed the first season. I haven't started it yet, as I hate waiting for the next episode and I'm still watching several other series at this moment in time.
Now onto my next favourite part of writing these posts, the songs!
First up we have the intro Dai Dai Dai Dai Daisuki na Kimi e♡ by Kaede Hondo, Miyu Tomita, Maria Naganawa, Asami Seto, and Ayaka Asai
This song is really great. Very upbeat and entertaining. A great way to start the series off.
Now we get to the ending theme, Sweet Sign by Nako Misaki.
Another great song choice for this series, the voice of Nako is beautiful and really suits the series to perfection.
All the songs in this series are too perfect, a great bit of work from the team choosing the songs for sure.
