Buenas noches amigos de Alien art! Hoy estuve inspirada para recrear esta carta y presentar mi entrada de esta semana al concurso de @Splinterlands, elegí hacer Angel of Light, esta seria mi segunda vez recreando a este personaje y estoy muy contenta pues siempre me ha gustado su estética y esa paz que transmite, sin embargo, hacer alas siempre ha sido mi punto débil, aunque he notado que poco a poco estoy mejorando, intente darle un aura muy suave a todo el dibujo y colores bastante claros pero que fuesen armoniosos, la verdad me gusto mucho el resultado final, se ve muy contrario a todo lo que suelo hacer que normalmente son dibujos un poco mas dark, aunque siento que sigue manteniendo esa esencia de nostalgia que me gusta quizás por la expresión que dibuje y los colores que casi parecen un poco desenfocados y mágicos, espero que les guste.

Today I was inspired to recreate this card and submit my entry this week to the @Splinterlands art contest, I chose to do Angel of Light, this would be my second time recreating this character and I am very happy because I have always liked its aesthetics and the peace it transmits, however, making wings has always been my weak point, although I have noticed that little by little I'm getting better, I tried to give a very soft aura to the whole drawing and quite clear colors but that were harmonious, the truth I really liked the final result, it looks very contrary to everything I usually do that usually are drawings a little more dark, although I feel that still maintains the essence of nostalgia that I like perhaps because of the expression that I drew and the colors that almost seem a little unfocused and magical, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice el boceto y elegí los colores, la piel coloque tonos rosas variando entre claros y oscuros y algunos un poco mas desaturados, en una nueva capa añadí mas colores para terminar de formar cada parte de la piel y rostro, después comencé a difuminar todo empezando por los ojos y luego el resto del rostro, seguido de la piel del pecho y brazos, después coloque color base al cabello para el cual elegí un marrón oscuro.

I made the sketch and chose the colors, the skin I placed pink tones varying between light and dark and some a little more desaturated, in a new layer I added more colors to finish forming each part of the skin and face, then I began to blend everything starting with the eyes and then the rest of the face, followed by the skin of the chest and arms, then I placed base color to the hair for which I chose a dark brown.

Empecé a darle forma al cabello con luces y sombras, agregando diferentes tonos marrones y naranjas, pinte su gargantilla y luego la ropa, para la cual quería algo similar al dibujo original pero un poco diferente, intente pintar una blusa con muchos pliegues usando colores muy claros para las sombras y tonos aun mas claros para las luces, cambie el fondo a un tono azul que casi llega a ser lila, para las alas primero pinte con un tono base gris y luego agregue mas tonos claros, entre ellos azul, naranja, grises claros, marrones desaturados, azules casi gris, color crema, como siempre añadí una capa de luces donde agregue puntos de luz en los ojos, nariz, cabello y labios, finalice editando la imagen aumentando un poco la saturación de los colores.

I started to shape the hair with lights and shadows, adding different shades of brown and orange, I painted her choker and then the clothes, for which I wanted something similar to the original drawing but a little different, I tried to paint a blouse with many folds using very light colors for the shadows and even lighter tones for the lights, I changed the background to a blue tone that almost became lilac, for the wings I first painted with a gray base tone and then I added more light tones, among them blue, orange, light grays, desaturated browns, almost gray blues, cream color, as always I added a layer of lights where I added points of light in the eyes, nose, hair and lips, I finished editing the image increasing a little the saturation of the colors.
