Hola amigos, recién terminé este retrato y quería compartirlo con ustedes, la idea de hacer tentáculos saliendo de unos ojos la tenía desde hace algún tiempo pero no me había atrevido a ejecutarla ya que, realmente no pensé que se vería "bien" tenía ganas de hacer algo un poco bizarro y siempre me ha gustado pintar tentáculos en dibujos con una temática un poco más extraña 😅 hoy finalmente lo hice y aunque siento que quizás falta algo creo que quedó bastante bien, ustedes que creen?
Hi friends, I just finished this portrait and I wanted to share it with you, I had the idea of making tentacles coming out from eyes for some time but I had not dared to execute it because I really did not think it would look "good" I wanted to do something a little bizarre and I have always liked to paint tentacles in drawings with a slightly weird theme 😅 today I finally did it and although I feel that maybe something is missing I think it looked pretty good, what do you think?
Comencé mi boceto y la verdad no tenía idea de cómo integrar bien los tentáculos los dibuje 3 veces y aún así no me convencía del todo, decidí dejarlo así y darle mejor forma más adelante al momento de pintar, entonces elegí mi paleta de colores comencé a pintar con tonos piel bastante claros agregando tonos difuminados que definirían las luces y sombras, agregué una nueva capa donde comencé a añadir más tonos para darle forma por completo al rostro, comencé a difuminar los colores mezclándolos con un pincel de óleo para darle un poco de textura.
I started my sketch and the truth is that I had no idea how to integrate the tentacles well, I drew them 3 times and I was still not completely convinced, I decided to leave it like this and give it a better shape later when painting, so I chose my color palette and started painting with fairly light skin tones adding faded tones that would define the lights and shadows, I added a new layer where I started adding more tones to completely shape the face, I started blurring the colors by mixing them with an oil brush to give it some texture.
Para el cabello use un color base marrón claro, luego agregué algunos reflejos de un color rubio, comencé a hacer la silueta de los tentáculos y a rellenarlos, también quise agregar tinta cayendo de los ojos y de los tentáculos, para el fondo simplemente use un color sólido marrón oscuro, ya que en esta oportunidad solo quería resaltar el rostro y no tanto el fondo, finalmente aplique algunas luces y un ajuste de color leve.
For the hair I used a light brown base color, then I added some highlights of a blonde color, I started to make the silhouette of the tentacles and fill them, I also wanted to add ink falling from the eyes and tentacles, for the background I simply used a dark brown solid color, since this time I only wanted to highlight the face and not so much the background, finally I applied some highlights and a slight color adjustment.

Perturbador, la miniatura no le hace justicia a la imagen en mas calidad. Me gusta que concentras los detalles en los tentáculos y en el rostro y lo demás lo dejas bosquejado con menos detalles, es un muy buen efecto. La obra te quedo estupenda. 👀💕
