Buenas noches amigos, espero que estén bien. Ayer me dedique a este dibujo el cual me gustó mucho porque tiene esta combinación de colores que tanto me gusta, a veces me sorprende lo mucho que he evolucionado en el dibujo ya que si me hubiesen dicho hace unos 3 años que pintaría cosas coloridas probablemente no lo creería, antes tenia este sentimiento de repudio por cosas coloridas pero al pasar el tiempo he aprendido a tomarle el gusto a cada una de ellas y ver más allá del blanco y negro, aprendí a ver lo hermoso de las cosas y a como utilizarlo de manera mas armoniosa, esta vez quise hacer este efecto que he visto mucho en dibujos y que me encanta, quise intentarlo ya que siempre me ha parecido algo muy difícil. ¿Saben este efecto que se ve cuando la luz del sol rebota contra una ventana? A veces se ve como si fuese un arcoíris, eso quise hacer esta vez, acompañado de un rostro muy cerca que me permitiera hacerle muchos detalles y una paleta de colores de tonos mayormente morados y rosas, espero que les guste.

Yesterday I dedicated myself to this drawing which I liked very much because it has this combination of colors that I like so much, sometimes it surprises me how much I have evolved in the drawing because if I had been told about 3 years ago that I would paint colorful things I probably would not believe it, before I had this feeling of repudiation for colorful things but as time went by I have learned to like each one of them and see beyond black and white, I learned to see the beauty of things and how to use it in a more harmonious way, this time I wanted to do this effect that I have seen a lot in drawings and that I love, I wanted to try it since it has always seemed to me something very difficult.
Do you know this effect that you see when the sunlight bounces against a window? Sometimes it looks like a rainbow, that's what I wanted to do this time, accompanied by a very close face that allowed me to make many details and a color palette of mostly purple and pink tones, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice mi boceto y comencé a pintar, empecé aplicando un tono lila opaco en toda la piel y luego fui añadiendo mas colores, morados, rosas claros y oscuros y por supuesto una fama de tonos que simulan este arcoíris reflejando en su rostro, en una nueva capa aplique mas colores para terminar de darle forma, después estaba algo nerviosa porque pensé que quedaría extraño pero decidí confiar en el proceso, pinte el cabello con morado oscuro y luego empecé a mezclar los colores de la piel dejando un acabado suave y en algunas partes con un poco mas de textura.

I made my sketch and began to paint, I started applying an opaque lilac tone throughout the skin and then I was adding more colors, purples, light and dark pinks and of course a fame of tones that simulate this rainbow reflecting on her face, in a new layer I applied more colors to finish shaping it, then I was a little nervous because I thought it would look strange but I decided to trust the process, I painted the hair with dark purple and then began to mix the colors of the skin leaving a smooth finish and in some parts with a little more texture.

Luego empecé a añadir mas detalles al rostro pintando un poco mejor la boca, añadiendo cejas y pestañas, en el cabello coloque algunos reflejos con morado claro y una opacidad baja del pincel, lo mismo con un morado mas oscuro para darle mejor acabado al cabello, puse un fondo oscuro utilice un tono azul desaturado bien oscuro, luego agregue otra capa que tendría las luces, ilumine los ojos, nariz, boca y se me ocurrió añadir algunos puntos de luz en las esquinas, finalice mi dibujo editando la imagen, dándole un poco mas profundidad y colores más vivos.

Then I started to add more details to the face painting a little better the mouth, adding eyebrows and eyelashes, in the hair I put some highlights with light purple and a low opacity of the brush, the same with a darker purple to give a better finish to the hair, I put a dark background using a dark desaturated blue tone, then I added another layer that would have the lights, illuminate the eyes, nose, mouth and I thought to add some points of light in the corners, I finished my drawing editing the image, giving it a little more depth and more vivid colors.
