Let's take a look on our alien planet Earth in a new way / Both alien and forest lamp by @artvik

We are very fond of forest materials, wood, moss, various driftwood and branches.
And we also love to create something with our own hands, using such things.

At different times I made lamps and candlesticks, from snags with hollows.
Here is one of them.
It turned out to be such a forest and strange candlestick.
I used materials : wood, colored pieces of glass, shells, clay, epoxy-drenched flowers and plant leaves.

There was a natural hole in this piece of wood, like a hollow, into which I glued red glass. and when the light is on, it glows like a red eye.

This piece of wood is so textured that it looks a little alien, as not from this world, but from some strange planet.
Although on the other hand, it is very forest, earthy.

An interesting combination that makes you think about the unusualness of the familiar. About the fact that if you look at our world with an clear gaze, then this planet of ours, with all the diversity of flora and fauna, is so strange, bizarre, weird and ornate.

If you can imagine that you see it for the first time, then you will realize that our planet Earth is very alien :)

So let's appreciate and cherish this world in which we live, without ceasing to be owners of it.
And it is important to feel like a part of our planet, not its owners.
Then it will develop and open up for us in a new and more loving way 😍

Hug you all :)
