How are you all. I hope you are enjoying your day and doing well.
I made fan art of fire bettle. I was randomly searching for something in the splinterlands land cards to make for this week at contest I suddenly saw a fire beetle which is black in colour having a red eye colour and it is complete with fire effect on its back.
I decided to make its female version which is not very hard to make for me because I randomly make female version of splinterlands and character many time before.
So here is the picture of original character you can see the difference between original character and the new character which I made.
I use Ibis paint software for making this drawing from outline to whole procedure till the colouring and background i do everything from this software.
Let's move to the procedure for making this fan art.
I start making outline from her face in which I made her eyes ear and nose along with mouth.
In the second step I made her open hairs their short and size but I make them open because I decided to create the fire effect all around the hair so that it can fully relate the original character.
This is the last step of outline in this I made the body of female I didn't add details in it because I wanted to add details with colours so I will add them later when I will finalize my drawing.
I give fire effect in her eyes generally if we see the original character it has red eyes but instead of making whole red eyes I choose to make them into the Orange yellow and red colour which are fire colours.
In this type I colour her hairs into the black colour moreover add the fire effect behind her hairs to add this effect I simply used air brush with 40% in the IBiS paint software.
After making her hairs I move to her lower body to the neck region I add her darker skin tone for colouring this i use dip pen hard.
In this step I made her arm which I made into the black and Orange colour I use small amount of red colour later by smudging all of these colours I produce this effect on her arm.
Last but not least i color her shirt and add proper fire on it which enhance her looks.
