Hello everyone, this time I will participate in the Moonkarts Infographic contest available until March 4th, so you still have plenty of time if you want to join the fun and if the infographic is good enough to be among the first three places you can win HIVE as shown in the cover image.

If you are wondering what Moonkarts is, it is a 3D racing game on the Hive blockchain, where you compete against other players in real time for honor and glory. On the racetrack, you can collect Colony and Orbitals tokens, and if you win the race with the tokens still in your inventory, you get them. At the end of each weekly leaderboard, you can claim Colony tokens based on your perfomance in your matches during the week, make sure to rank higher to earn better rewards.

First of all, to start racing you need a Kart and a Driver, you can get them by opening Centauri packs (which cost 5 dollars each and contain 5 cards) or buy them directly from the Marketplace.

POWER UPS

You can equip power-ups cards to gain an advantage over other players. This can turn the race in your favor, as you can give your kart incredible speed for a few seconds, enough to overtake your opponent's karts.

You can also:

Fire a rocket to hit and disable opponents.
Summon a lightning bolt that targets and strikes the kart of your choice, causing to lose control and slow down.
Emit a powerful electromagnetic pulse that temporarily disables nearby opponents' karts.
Make your kart release a trail of oil behind it, causing other karts, upon contact, to lose control and spin out.
Create a force field that protects your kart, making it immune to other power-ups and colissions for a short duration, use it wisely.

TECH UPGRADES

These powerful enhancements provide racers with unique passive abilities and advantages on the track, amplifying their performance and unleashing thrilling gameplay. But in exchange for such power, most of them, dependind on their rarity, had side effects that slightly reduce the speed, health or other stats of the vehicle.

Engines: Increases the max speed of the kart by up to 25%.
Tires: Improves the handling and turn radius of the kart by up to 25%.
Body Kit: Increases the health and durability of the kart by up to 25%.
Gearbox: Boosts the acceleration of the kart by up to 25%.

ACCESSORIES

You can make your kart look spectacular by equipping it with accessories, which will slightly increase the performance of the kart.

Antennas: Provides a handling boost to the kart of up to 4%.
Wheels: Provides an acceleration boost to the kart of up to 4%.
Exhaust Pipes: Increases the speed of the kart by up to 4%.

RARITIES & MERGING

Each card has its own rarity (common, rare, epic or legendary), except for power up cards.

All cards start at level 1 (except for gold foils which start at level 3 if they are common, or level 2 if they are higher rarity.) You can level up each card up to its max allowed level, increasing its stats and/or abilities. You can merge them by having copies of the same card.

Common cards need 400 cards to reach max level, gold foils need 38 cards.
Rare cards need 150 cards to reach max level, gold foils need 22 cards.
Epic cards need 50 cards to reach max level, gold foils need 10 cards.
Legendary cards need 12 cards to reach max level, gold foils need 4 cards.

Since power up cards have no rarity, they have their own level system:
The max level that power up cards can reach is 4, to reach this level they need 30 cards, gold foils need 4 cards.

FUEL

In order to earn rewards such as COLONY and ORBITAL tokens you need to have FUEL (which is consumed per race depending on the cards used to compete), to obtain this you need to stake your unused cards and stake SCRIPT (main token in the Arcade Colony ecosystem).

For each stacked card you need to have two SCRIPT tokens stacked to claim the FUEL, which is generated over the course of 24 hours from the time you stake your cards.

Each card, depending of its rarity and foil, has its own potential to produce Fuel, the higher the rarity of the card of if it is a gold foil, the more Fuel will be generated.

I made this infographic using Canva (free-to-use online graphic design tool), and all the images and elements used in the infographic are the domain of MoonKarts and Arcade Colony. I also made sure to include the Hive logo, because without Hive this wouldn't be possible.

I tried to cover all the features that Moonkarts has to offer, explaining what you need to earn rewards, the different types of cards that exist to upgrade your kart and be the best on the track, and how each of them can increase its stats and abilities when you level them up. I hope I haven't forgotten any details.

I wanted to use only Moonkarts brand colors but I failed because I used red :( (for Fuel and Powered by), I used it cos I think red stands out better on those words.

Hola a todos, en esta oportunidad participaré en el Concurso de Infografía de Moonkarts disponible hasta el 4 de marzo, por lo que aún tienes mucho tiempo si quieres sumarte a la diversión y si tu infografía es lo suficientemente buena para estar entre los primeros tres lugares podrás ganar HIVE como se muestra en la imagen de portada.

Si te preguntas qué es Moonkarts, es un juego de carreras en 3D en la blockchain de Hive, donde compites contra otros jugadores en tiempo real por el honor y la gloria. En la pista de carreras, puedes recolectar tokens Colony y Orbitals, y si ganas la carrera con los tokens aún en tu inventario, los obtienes. Al final de cada clasificación semanal, puedes reclamar tokens Colony en función de tu desempeño en tus partidas durante la semana, asegúrate de clasificar más alto para ganar mejores recompensas.

En primer lugar, para comenzar a competir necesitas un Kart y un Conductor, puedes obtenerlos abriendo paquetes Centauri (que cuestan 5 dólares cada uno y contienen 5 cartas) o comprarlos directamente en el Marketplace.

POTENCIADORES

Puedes equipar cartas de potenciadores para obtener ventaja sobre otros jugadores. Esto puede inclinar la carrera a tu favor, ya que puedes darle a tu kart una velocidad increíble durante unos segundos, suficiente para adelantarte a los vehículos de tus oponentes.

También puedes:

Disparar un cohete que impacta e inutiliza a los vehiculos de los oponentes.
Invocar un rayo que apunta y golpea al kart de tu elección, lo que hace que pierda el control y disminuya la velocidad.
Emitir un poderoso pulso electromagnético que inutiliza temporalmente los karts de los oponentes cercanos.
Hacer que tu kart suelte un rastro de aceite detrás de él, lo que hace que otros karts, al entrar en contacto con esto, pierdan el control y giren bruscamente.
Crear un campo de fuerza que proteja a tu kart, haciéndolo inmune a otros potenciadores y colisiones durante un corto período de tiempo, úsalo sabiamente.

MEJORAS TECNOLOGICAS

Estas potentes mejoras proporcionan a los vehículos habilidades pasivas y ventajas únicas en la pista, lo que amplifica su rendimiento y desata una jugabilidad emocionante. Pero a cambio de tal poder, la mayoría de ellas dependiendo de su rareza, tienen efectos secundarios que reducen ligeramente la velocidad, la salud u otras estadísticas del vehículo.

Motores: Aumenta la velocidad máxima hasta un 25%.
Neumáticos: Mejora el manejo y el radio de giro hasta un 25%.
Kit de carrocería: Aumenta la salud y la durabilidad hasta un 25%.
Caja de cambios: Aumenta la aceleración del kart hasta un 25%.

ACCESORIOS

Puedes hacer que tu kart luzca espectacular equipándolo con accesorios, que aumentarán ligeramente el rendimiento del kart.

Antenas: Proporcionan un aumento de manejo de hasta un 4%.
Ruedas: Proporcionan un aumento de aceleración de hasta un 4%.
Tubos de escape: Aumentan la velocidad hasta un 4%.

RAREZAS Y FUSIONES

Cada carta tiene su propia rareza (común, rara, épica o legendaria), excepto las cartas potenciadoras.

Todas las cartas empizan en el nivel 1 (excepto las doradas que empiezan en el nivel 3 si son comunes, o nivel 2 si son de mayor rareza). Puedes subir de nivel cada carta hasta su nivel máximo permitido, aumentando sus estadísticas y/o habilidades. Puedes fusionarlas si tienes copias de la misma carta.

Las cartas Comunes necesitan 400 cartas para alcanzar el nivel máximo, las doradas necesitan 38 cartas.
Las cartas Raras necesitan 150 cartas para alcanzar el nivel máximo, las doradas necesitan 22 cartas.
Las cartas Epicas necesitan 50 cartas para alcanzar el nivel máximo, las doradas necesitan 10 cartas.
Las cartas Legendarias necesitan 12 cartas para alcanzar el nivel máximo, las doradas necesitan 4 cartas.

Como las cartas potenciadoras no tienen rareza, tienen su propio sistema de niveles:
El nivel máximo que pueden alcanzar las cartas potenciadoras es 4, para alcanzar este nivel necesitan 30 cartas, las doradas necesitan 4 cartas.

COMBUSTIBLE

Para poder ganar recompensas como COLONY y ORBITAL tokens necesitas COMBUSTIBLE (el cual se consume por carrera dependiendo de las cartas que se usen para competir), para obtener esto necesitas stakear tus cartas y algunos SCRIPT (token principal en el ecosistema Arcade Colony).

Por cada carta stakeada necesitas tener dos tokens SCRIPT stakeados para reclamar el COMBUSTIBLE, el cual se genera en el transcurso de 24 horas desde el momento en que haces stake con tus cartas.

Cada carta dependiendo de su rareza, tiene su propio potencial para producir Combustible, cuanto mayor sea la rareza de la carta o si es una carta dorada, más Combustible se generará.

Sin más preámbulos, aquí está mi entrada para este concurso de infografía:

Realice esta infografía usando Canva (herramienta de diseño gráfico en línea de uso gratuito), y todas las imágenes y elementos utilizados en la infografía son dominio de MoonKarts y Arcade Colony. También me asegure de incluir el logo de Hive, porque sin Hive esto no sería posible.

Intenté cubrir todas las características que Moonkarts tiene para ofrecer, explicando lo qué se necesita para ganar recompensas, los diferentes tipos de cartas que existen para mejorar tu kart y ser el mejor de la pista y cómo pueden cada una de ellas incrementar sus estadisticas y habilidades cuando suben de nivel. Espero no haberme olvidado de ningún detalle.

Quería usar solo los colores de la marca de Moonkarts pero fallé porque usé el rojo :( (por Fuel y Powered by), lo usé porque creo que el rojo destaca mejor en esas palabras.

Realmente espero que les guste, lo hice con mucho cariño :P
