En el abismo del infierno, Lucifer contemplaba su eterno destierro. Una profunda tristeza lo invadió al recordar su gloria pasada como el ángel más brillante. Una lágrima, cargada de dolor y arrepentimiento, cayó de sus ojos y se evaporó al tocar el suelo ardiente. En ese instante, comprendió que, a pesar de su caída, aún existía un atisbo de esperanza en su corazón: la posibilidad de redención, incluso en la oscuridad más profunda.

In the abyss of hell, Lucifer contemplated his eternal banishment. A deep sadness invaded him as he remembered his past glory as the brightest angel. A tear, full of pain and regret, fell from his eyes and evaporated as it touched the burning ground. In that instant, he understood that, despite his fall, there was still a glimmer of hope in his heart: the possibility of redemption, even in the deepest darkness.

Quise realizar la famosa pintura del Ángel Caído, pero decidí centrarme solo en la mirada de Lucifer. Fue una gran experiencia crear esta composición, ya que no suelo pintar frecuentemente de forma realista; fue un reto y, a la vez, una bonita experiencia.
I wanted to make the famous painting of the Fallen Angel, but I decided to focus only on Lucifer's gaze. It was a great experience to create this composition, as I don't often paint realistically; it was a challenge and, at the same time, a beautiful experience.
Comencé el 1 de febrero de este año; por la noche empecé con el boceto. Utilicé una sanguínea (un lápiz rojo). Fue bastante entretenido y a la vez complicado, ya que me costaba mucho con la anatomía del personaje.
Mientras hacía este dibujo, aprovechaba para ver videos aleatorios en YouTube y escuchar música.
I started on February 1st of this year; at night I started with the sketch. I used a sanguine (a red pencil). It was quite entertaining and at the same time complicated, since I had a hard time with the anatomy of the character.
While I was doing this drawing, I took the opportunity to watch random videos on YouTube and listen to music.

Para pintarlo, utilicé solo los lápices de colores Prismacolor Junior. Para lograr el aspecto deseado, tuve que aplicar capa tras capa para alcanzar el objetivo. Utilicé bastante color blanco para mezclar los tonos y acercarme a los colores de la pintura original. Principalmente utilicé tonos marrones, pieles, naranjas, amarillo limón, un poco de azul y tonos rojizos. Para finalizar, agregué un tono claro de azul para el fondo.
To paint it, I used only Prismacolor Junior colored pencils. To achieve the desired look, I had to apply layer after layer to achieve the goal. I used a lot of white to blend the tones and get closer to the colors of the original painting. I mainly used brown tones, skins, oranges, lemon yellow, a little blue and reddish tones. Finally, I added a light shade of blue for the background.

Omg this is amazing, the coloring is so smooth, I'm sure you spent a lot of time on that hair. Love everything about this especially his eyes, just perfect!!!!!
