I am Dany and I am looking for all the Watercolor loving painters, who want to share their art. I am actually having hard time growing my follower base, but with this and some more interesting projects, I am going to help myself and in the process bring value others too. It will be a win-win situation.
I am going to share one original watercolor/aquarelle drawing every day here on Hive and on my Instagram and Twitter accounts.
Also I am bringing a small (for now) daily contest.
Your task is to share one original watercolor painting made by you.
- You can make a post and share the link or just add the artwork in the comments. If it is a post, make sure its not more than 24 hour old.
- Every day I will chose one winner who will get 1 Hive. Yes, I know it is a small price, but I like to start small and grow.

The winner
So this is day 1 so we still don't have a winner, do I am gonna take you attention and use it to explain what watercolor painting is.
First we should know it has different names.
Watercolor or watercolour or aquarelle is a painting made from pigments that are caught in a water-based solution.
It is really fun and playful way to draw as it follows the water. We paint with pigments and water and water is always moving from more wet to less wet part of the paper so it bringing the pigments with it.
We can easily remove pigment by removing water combine them with more water.
If you haven't - you should definitely try this type of drawing.

It's a piece I made back in 2020 with watercolor and pen. I made it before the pandemic and I actually never gave it a title but while making this piece I remember trying to let go of sadness.

Haha thank you and I doubt it will, I'd love to see other interesting works here too.
I posted it once on Instagram but I deleted it, I deleted most of my old works.
Just got an Idea, you can also share your twitter/instagram/website so all participants can follow each other and gain easily publicity if that is desired. I am going to feature all in next post and share on twitter.
Btw, You have to make tutorial on how to draw lips :D

For the lips😁😁I'm not a good teacher but I can try😄😄. I actually made a post on a lip painting I did not too long ago, hopefully that could count as a tutorial.
