Ahhh.... that makes perfect sense. I don't expect you to want to teach others how to paint or draw. Usually, the more information people have or the more images there are... the more authentic the post feels.
We have had a lot of scammers using other people's art to profit from (totally not saying you are one of them) so the effort put into a post is a high consideration for people to want to see users' posts and support them.
You don't have to be a great photographer but i would just suggest to take your time when you do photograph and try to get the most 'in focus' shot you can. This will show off your work and accentuate your details. Just trying to help... not put you down.
Cheers
Thanks for the advice, I was already thinking about hiring a professional photographer and reshooting everything.
And I didn’t understand about scammers at all, I don’t hide my name, surname. place of residence .. And my photo in the posts against the background of my drawings (I don’t dare to call them paintings)) Well, the fact that I don’t set the task of revealing how they turn out ... Well, I don’t always understand myself))
In general, I didn’t understand ... I can publish sketches, sketches .. But who is interested in them?
No worries at all! I'm glad that you do make such awesome art and share it with us along with the interesting words you have chosen to go with your images.
What i do... is as i start to draw something i either take photos or scan it in different stages of development to show the progress. I try to show how the work comes together as i create it.
I usually end up taking a lot of photos with my crappy digital camera. I don't use most of the photos but i take enough so that i make sure and get decent lighting and some that are in really good focus.
It can be a pain in the butt to do it... but in the end, it makes my post more filled out and it gives me the opportunity to share more of my inspiration and thoughts as i create.
Sketches are cool to share as well. I would not recommend to make a post with one single image of a sketch. I would probably get a whole bunch of sketches and then make a post around the sketches.
It's really all up to you how you want to create and share your content. I don't want you to feel like i am trying to tell you how to be yourself and share your art. I mostly just wanted to give you some tips to consider so that you have an opportunity to be even more successful here. Take Care and thanks for responding!
Yes, do not worry, I understood you correctly, I am grateful for the feedback and advice. oh, I repeat, I show old works, some photos and the date can be seen, they are all more than 10 years old)) Do not redraw them again ...))
But the models of clothes designed by me, I will exhibit with sketches, this is my profession .. I will find only the right community and free time
Yes, please do share your sketches from your profession and i look forward to seeing your clothes designs. There is a community called #needleworkmonday that would fit or feel free to share you art here! I am excited to see some of your new art.
