I was hoping you would make an original artwork and not manipulate the photo. But, if you do want to make a mixed-media artwork with a photo... then you will have to check the copyright status of each potential candidate image. You can click each image you think you might want to use and see the license it has. Creative Commons Zero Attribution is the best one to use when you can find it!
If you make your own art then you can just drop a link to your source of inspiration. There's a bit of a gray area when you make art from a source and change it enough to be considered your own content. Fair Use law is debatable in that gray area in regard to using copyrighted content to turn into original art. So, i can't say exactly if it's free to use.
