Ok so, we see a lot of these DAW beats these days and they're literally everywhere, up until a few months ago, i didn't know what they were called much less, how they were created.
If you still don't know what I mean, I refer to regular pop, rock, guitar, synth, and drum beats that are produced digitally, so these are not by real musical instruments played/hit by someone.
I think they're extremely cool, and i just recently tried to find and identify my genre(the kinds i really love to listen to, the kind that inspires me)
So my reason for getting into the whole mix is that, I wanna create music for my Interactive Film (Call Me Super!). This would be more comfortable to upload to social platforms without facing copyright issues too. Overall, i just want to see where it goes!.
SO i decided to start off with a tool called Magix Music Maker, i will be sharing my creations with y'all here in the community. Although this tool isn't the best I researched and found, it was easier to start off with than the other one.
Why was it easier?
Well, it turns out that music creation has it's own world of terminology, just like animation, business, crypto etc. I wasn't expecting this, i stupidly thought it would be relatively easy to kick in motion.
But i found out about chords, traps, dub steps, synth, and many crazy terms like that; with these stuff, YOU CAN MAKE ANY MUSIC YOU DESIRE, you just gotta - understand them.
So with the help of Youtube, I'm picking it up. Dont get it wrong, since I already figured out my fav sounds, i'm aligning learning to videos on that.
A Quickie Music beat, Experimental
But still, with no expereince, I was able to use the Easier Tool (Magix), to create a 1min track, it sounds abit like Future Bass genre.
This was easy because i used premade beats, loops instead of having to create each chord/ tone myself.
I think this is okay for a start, it showed me that i got a chance, Next I will proceed with the more difficult DAW tool (because i wanna know the technical details), and improve my soundtrack quality.
I will continue to share my progress on this
Thanks for taking the time to read, see u soon!!
