In my recent representations, I’ve been incorporating elements of "darkness," scenes that transport us to deeper messages. In this section of the post, I created a cover that revolves around the concept of a demon imprisoned within its own death, burdened by all the negative aspects it carried in life. This acts as a catalyst, capable of entering anyone and triggering the worst of emotions. The only thing separating it from its fate and finality is a blessed thorn, charged with the purest energy from within hell itself.

En mis representaciones últimamente, vengo adjuntando elementos de "oscuridad," escenas que nos transportan a mensajes más profundos. En esta sección del post, realicé una portada que consiste en la idea de que un demonio es prisionero dentro de su propia muerte, cargando con todos los aspectos negativos de su vida. Esto se convierte en un detonante capaz de adentrarse en cualquiera y provocar lo peor de los sentimientos. Lo único que lo separa de su destino y finalidad es una espina bendecida con la energía más pura dentro del infierno.

I selected two images for this composition: one of a hand that appears to be from a demon or beast, and a profile shot of a skull. Once I started working on the final design, I made the necessary cuts to separate the main images from their original backgrounds. I then began layering them using the program's overlay feature, with a solid background to bring the idea to life. I added words that seem to blend into the skull, using a graffiti-style typography to keep the essence of new trap album covers.

Seleccioné dos imágenes para esta composición: una de una mano que parece pertenecer a un demonio o bestia, y una captura de perfil de una calavera. Iniciada la incursión en el diseño final, realicé los cortes para separar las imágenes principales de sus fondos originales. Comencé la superposición de capas que trae el programa, con un fondo sólido para dar vida a la idea. Agregué palabras que dan la impresión de fundirse dentro del cráneo, utilizando una tipografía estilo grafiti para conservar la esencia de los nuevos álbumes de trap.

This liquid chroma effect was achieved through several gradient blends with lighting. Starting from that mixture, I erased parts of it to create a seamless fusion with the skull. I then added shadows and details, like the glowing highlights at the edges of the text, to enhance the overall composition.

Este efecto de croma líquido fue realizado a través de varias mezclas de degradados con luces. A partir de esa mezcla, eliminé parte de ella para realizar el fundido con el cráneo. Luego, le añadí sombras y detalles como esos brillos resplandecientes en los extremos del texto para mejorar la composición general.

For this part, I added a black background, accompanied by a red gradient that helped reflect some light from below to paint the skull. The skull was also covered with a similar solid color, and by layering and painting over it, I achieved the effect I was aiming for. For the text "PRISONER," I added more light to its edges to emphasize the highlights and shadows surrounding the skull, making sure it matched the lighting of the hands. To complete the cover, I added some thorns that eventually fused with the skull and hands, symbolizing imprisonment as they fully intertwined.

Para esta parte, agregué un fondo negro, acompañado de un degradado en rojo que me ayudó a reflejar cierta luz desde abajo para pintar la calavera. La calavera también fue cubierta con un color sólido similar, y gracias a la fusión de capas y al pintarla por encima, logré el efecto que buscaba. Para el texto "PRISIONER," también añadí más luz en sus extremos para reflejar las luces y sombras que rodean el cráneo, asegurándome de que estuviera acorde con la iluminación de las manos. Para finalizar la portada, añadí unas espinas que terminaron fusionándose con la calavera y las manos, simbolizando la prisión al enraizarse por completo.
