Sometimes we need that ideal person, who listens to us, who understands us, who accompanies us, who is there to give us a little strength, that antidote person, who by the simple fact of entering our life, we feel that it improves our soul and energy.

A veces necesitamos esa persona ideal, que nos escuche, que nos comprenda, que nos acompañe, que esté ahí para darnos un poco de fuerza, esa persona antídoto, que por el simple hecho de entrar en nuestra vida, sintamos que nos mejora el alma y la energía.

𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐀, 𝐁𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐃𝐎 𝐀 𝐌𝐈 𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐏Ú𝐑𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐀🟣

Good evening dear friends, how have you been? Today I bring you a work of art that I am proud to have created, it's like those days when you think, “oh wow how did I do something like that, and how can I create something so extraordinary again?”

Buenas noches queridos amigos, ¿cómo has estado? Hoy les traigo una obra de arte de la que estoy orgullosa de haber creado, es de esos días en los que piensas, «oh wow ¿cómo hice algo así, y cómo puedo volver a crear algo tan extraordinario?».

This time I chose to work on a very important topic, such as empathy. Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. In this artwork, empathy is manifested through the embrace between the two human figures. This gesture of closeness and mutual support symbolizes the emotional connection and deep understanding between people. The presence of the moon and stars in the background adds a touch of serenity and calm, reinforcing the idea that empathy can bring peace and comfort in difficult times.

Esta vez elegí trabajar sobre un tema muy importante, como es la empatía. La empatía es la capacidad de comprender y compartir los sentimientos de los demás. En esta obra, la empatía se manifiesta a través del abrazo entre las dos figuras humanas. Este gesto de cercanía y apoyo mutuo simboliza la conexión emocional y el profundo entendimiento entre las personas. La presencia de la luna y las estrellas en el fondo añade un toque de serenidad y calma, reforzando la idea de que la empatía puede aportar paz y consuelo en los momentos difíciles.

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐀𝐑𝐓 / 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐃𝐄𝐋 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄

STEP 1 / PASO 1:

Creation of the sketch. I started to put together some images as references, some hands here and some body parts there, until I got to a sketch that could resemble the one I had in my imagination, anyway it's just a sketch, well here I didn't draw it perfectly because I wasn't sure it was going to be like this from beginning to end.

Creación del boceto. Empecé a juntar algunas imágenes como referencias, algunas manos por aquí y algunas partes del cuerpo por allá, hasta que llegué a un boceto que podía parecerse al que tenía en mi imaginación, de todas formas es sólo un boceto, bueno aquí no lo dibujé perfecto porque no estaba seguro de que iba a ser así de principio a fin.

STEP 2 / PASO 2:

Base colors. Oh yes, here I added clothes to the work, it's not very common that I work with clothes in my work, but here I wanted to experiment a little bit. Then I added the gray tones to the image.

Colores base. Ah sí, aquí añadí ropa a la obra, no es muy común que trabaje con ropa en mi obra, pero aquí quise experimentar un poco. Luego añadí los tonos grises a la imagen.

STEP 3 / PASO 3:

Start detailing. It is in this moment that I can let my mind fly, and begin to paint the shadows and detail the lights.

Empieza a detallar. Es en este momento cuando puedo dejar volar mi mente y empezar a pintar las sombras y detallar las luces.

STEP 4 / PASO 4:

More details with gray tones. Well here is a capture of all the work that I have advanced, where I worked with gray tones, I made some changes, for example: I changed the position of one of the hands of the figure that is on the left, also of this same figure, I changed the position of the feet. Also here we can see the details in the background.

Más detalles con tonos grises. Bueno aquí hay una captura de todo el trabajo que he adelantado, donde trabajé con tonos grises, hice algunos cambios, por ejemplo: Cambié la posición de una de las manos de la figura que está a la izquierda, también de esta misma figura, cambié la posición de los pies. También aquí podemos ver los detalles del fondo.

STEP 5 / PASO 5:

Add color. As I have already said in other posts, and I repeat again. Here I first create a new layer, then I add it to the previous layer where I want to add the color, in this case there are 2 layers, the background and the figures. Then I go to layer type and select overlay. And puff start experimenting with the colors that I see that look good, here I take about 2 hours sometimes less, sometimes more, it all depends on when I can say, “yes, that's right”.

Añade color. Como ya he dicho en otros post, y vuelvo a repetir. Aquí primero creo una capa nueva, luego la añado a la capa anterior donde quiero añadir el color, en este caso hay 2 capas, el fondo y las figuras. Luego voy a tipo de capa y selecciono superponer. Y puff empiezo a experimentar con los colores que veo que quedan bien, aquí tardo unas 2 horas a veces menos, a veces más, todo depende de cuando pueda decir, «sí, eso está bien».

STEP 6 / PASO 6:

Polished. Well here I added the hair, and of course very long, and it occurred to me to make a kind of river, and I thought it was great. After adding the color, I started to give more details on what I already had, because some parts were like very cutting color, others are like very transparent, others didn't grab the color very well. So it still wasn't the end after adding the color.

Pulido. Bueno aquí añadí el pelo, y por supuesto muy largo, y se me ocurrió hacer una especie de río, y me pareció genial. Después de añadir el color, empecé a dar más detalles sobre lo que ya tenía, porque algunas partes eran como de color muy cortante, otras son como muy transparentes, otras no agarró muy bien el color. Así que todavía no era el final después de añadir el color.

𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐑𝐓 / 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐃𝐎

Yeeees final. Here I worked a lot on the background, it was not very easy to work the clouds, but it helped a lot the color selection that was done before, based on this I shaped the clouds. I also worked a bit on the figures, last details. Then I decided to add a thin moon with bright tone and stars, to give it a contrast with the purple palette. And that's it.

Siii final. Aquí trabajé mucho el fondo, no fue muy fácil trabajar las nubes, pero ayudó mucho la selección de color que se hizo antes, en base a esto di forma a las nubes. También trabajé un poco las figuras, últimos detalles. Luego decidí agregar una luna delgada con tono brillante y estrellas, para darle un contraste con la paleta morada. Y eso es todo.
