EAT!! | DARK NIGHTMARE ILLUSTRATION.

CHAPTER 1: EATING FROM INSIDE.

Hii everyone, I'm Humansleep. This time I want to post my work again in the Alien Art Hive community. And here I will also share a work process whether it's drawing or sketching that I will later do as an effort to be seen and appreciated.

A strange creature that eats organs and souls,

It executes its prey by eating them from the inside before devouring them.

In the depths of the earth, in a place where light never reaches, lies a world known as the Abyss. This world is not only dark, but also dangerous, filled with narrow passages and interconnected tunnels. It is a place where outcast and unwanted creatures hide. And among them, there is one that is the most terrifying, not because of its physical strength, but because of its skill in manipulation.

That creature is the Gnork’Devoorator:

Gnork’Devoorator is no ordinary creature. It does not need blood or flesh to survive like many other creatures in the Abyss. Instead, GnorkDevoorator feeds on flesh for a more selfish purpose: to control and manipulate anyone trapped within its territory. Fresh meat to him is a tool, not food-a way to beguile, control, and enslave those who enter this world of darkness.

Gnork'Devoorator the manipulator:

Zeebou, a young man running away from his past, wanders into the Abyss Passageway in hopes of finding a way to escape the darkness that consumes him. Zeebou is a remorseful man, and he seeks a way to atone for his sins. Unknowingly, he had entered Gnork'Devoorator's domain.

As Zeebou descended the damp, winding tunnel, he felt that the world around him was increasingly trapped in an eerie silence. There was no sound except for his footsteps echoing off the walls of the passageway. Yet, there was something else here-something watching him, something waiting for the right moment to act.

Suddenly, Zeebou heard a voice from deep within, a voice that was soft and alluring, like someone speaking in an intimate whisper.

“You seem tired,” the voice said. “It's been too long walking alone, hasn't it? Perhaps you need a little company. I can help you.”

Zeebou paused for a moment, startled. The sound seemed to come from every direction. He checked his surroundings, but there was nothing to be seen. Only shadows danced on the walls. However, the voice continued to speak, as if it had an attraction that he could not escape.

“I know you feel lonely,” the voice continued. “I know all that has happened to you. The pain of loss, the regret that weighs on your mind. But I can help. I can give you what you want. Fresh meat to relieve your hunger, and freedom from all pain. Everything you need, I can give you.”

Zeebou, who felt so exhausted and trapped in his own dark thoughts, began to feel that there was some kind of comfort in those words. However, there was something in his little heart that reminded him to remain vigilant. He knew, no one gives something without wanting something in return.

“Who are you?” asked Zeebou carefully, trying to remain calm.

“Call me Gnork'Devoorator,” replied the voice, in an increasingly alluring tone. “I am the master of this place, but I would not ask for much. Just a little-fresh flesh, fresh blood-I need little to sustain myself.”

Zeebou felt something was wrong, but his hunger and desire to end his inner quest made him hesitate. He continued to go deeper, following the voice that continued to lead him through the dark passages.

Finally, Zeebou arrived at a vast room filled with the stench of decomposing flesh. In the center of the room, under a faint light, stood the Gnork'Devoorator, the creature appearing in a form that could not be fully explained. It looked like a huge shadow made of black mist, with fiery red eyes and a body that undulated, changing shape at will.

“Welcome, Zeebou,” said Gnork'Devoorator, his voice full of cunning. “I know why you have come. You seek a way to escape from yourself. I can help you.”

Zeebou began to feel trapped in those words. He felt as if Gnork’Devoorator knew everything about him, about the regret and pain that continued to follow him. Yet, he felt strange-a feeling that was hard to explain. There was a sense of apprehension that began to creep into him, though he could not dismiss the offer out of hand.

“What do you want from me?” Zeebou finally asked, his voice full of doubt.

Gnork'Devoorator smiled, though it was more akin to the smile of a predator who knows its prey is caught in a net. “I just want a little help from you. Like I said, fresh meat, fresh blood. Not for me, but for both of us. I can give you strength, give you freedom from all pain. You just need to give a little of yourself.”

Zeebou felt his heart flutter. He knew what Gnork'Devoorator meant. He had to sacrifice something-something more precious than just physical flesh. Perhaps it was the soul trapped in his pain, or perhaps it was more than that. However, at that moment, in his confusion, Zeebou felt the offer was too tempting to refuse.

However, before Zeebou made a decision, a flash appeared in his mind. A voice, a voice from within himself, warned: “You are being manipulated.”

At that moment, Gnork'Devoorator noticed Zeebou's confusion. The smile on his face widened, knowing that he had successfully inserted doubt into Zeebou's mind. “Why doubt?” said Gnork'Devoorator, the voice now sounding like a whisper that could not be resisted. “I am giving you freedom, Zeebou. I am giving you a way out.”

Zeebou stared at the creature, and along with the fear that crept into his heart, he began to understand that this was no mere encounter. The Gnork'Devoorator hunted not just flesh, but souls trapped by its confusion, by their fear. It didn't need food, it only needed victims willing to give up their freedom.

With the last of his courage, Zeebou took out and threw a pouch containing poisonous powder to momentarily blind the eyes of the manipulative Gnork'Devoorator, while taking out both of his karambits and performing an indeterminate movement to cut through the dark shadows that enveloped him, and ran out of the room, leaving the groaning Gnork'Devoorator behind him.

However, even though Zeebou managed to escape, he knew one thing: Gnork'Devoorator would never stop. The creature hunts not only flesh, but also fear and regret, and the world is still full of many who are vulnerable to the manipulation and cunning of darkness.

Within the Culverts of the Abyss, darkness is always waiting-to manipulate, to seduce, and to devour the unwary.

Behind an illustration that I created in the form of a picture of an anomalous figure eating organs and souls, I slipped a little story about friends eating friends. which is where he is very good at talking, taking sympathy and very manipulative, and lately I found out his true form which previously only hid behind mature thinking and sometimes he wore a mask with a sad face. but he has rotten intentions, which is to cheat and take advantage of the results of my hard work just to facilitate the needs and interests for himself.

I trusted him as my closest friend, and for the second time I felt a huge disappointment!!!

This is all I can say for right now, sorry if there are wrong words or my typing is not perfect.
