To quote one of my favourite all time authors, (another awesome Terry) Terry Pratchett:
"Chaos is found in greatest abundance wherever order is being sought. It always defeats order, because it is better organized.”
Seriously though on a side note if you like humourous, witty fantasy literature you should check out some of his works.
I've read Pratchett and he is whimsical, for sure. Terry Gilliam is the bomb!
