The final result of my art using the reference.
It is an alien that has exposed bones/ skeleton. Probably it was beaten or it is a new breed of alien. Its skin has a texture of a brain. The arms are so thin, like it was peeled of. You can already see its veins.
Here is the starting point of my art. The reference shape.
Then I drew the arms and back bones. I was thinking if I will draw it in front view. But when I added the arms, I thought that it will be good to draw it in back view.
Some curles on head
Line art. Tracing the first outline that I made.
The first color that came in my mind was pink. Because the head of this alien looks like a brain.
My main color here is pink. For the other parts of its body, I chose different shade of the pink.
The backbone looks like white, but it still has the shade of pink.
Shadows
Adding life to the veins and also some textures on its head.
The color of its eyes is bright pink. I wanted to make it as bright as possible to make it look like it is glowing.
The background is an abstract of the outer space. We can see the moon and other stuffs at the space.
