Hace poco publiqué una ilustración que hice de Bob Esponja, donde estaba sentado en el suelo, luciendo bastante horrible y en un ambiente muy lúgubre. Alguien comentó en mi publicación que parece una versión "creepypasta" de este personaje. Bueno, la verdad es que en ese dibujo se puede ver una mancha de sangre en la pared del fondo, pero no es de Bob, no tiene heridas ni sangre en las manos. De hecho, es la sangre de Patricio Estrella, su mejor amigo, quien también se encuentra en esa habitación en una extraña circunstancia:

I recently posted an illustration I did of SpongeBob, where he was sitting on the floor, looking quite horrible and in a very gloomy environment. Someone commented on my post that he looks like a "creepypasta" version of this character. Well, the truth of the matter is that in that drawing you can see a bloodstain on the wall in the background, but it's not Bob's, he doesn't have any injuries or blood on his hands. In fact, it is the blood of Patrick Star, his best friend, who is also in that room in a strange circumstance:
Patricio siempre ha sido muy corto de inteligencia. Recuerdo que hubo un episodio en el que estaban construyendo algo de madera frente a la casa de Bob y el idiota se clavó una tabla en la cabeza. Eso me inspiró para hacer la ilustración que hoy les presento, por supuesto, con un toque de gore. Creo que esto completa la escena que les presenté en la ilustración de Bob; ahora sabemos el origen de la mancha de sangre en la pared.
Proceso
Hice esta ilustración de Patricio con Krita, tal como hice con la de Bob. Comienzo con la capa de líneas, que es como el molde donde luego verteré los colores y detalles del personaje.
Patricio has always been very short on intelligence. I remember there was an episode where they were building something out of wood in front of Bob's house and the idiot stuck a board in his head himself. That inspired me to make the illustration that I present to you today, of course, with a touch of gore. I think this completes the scene that I presented to you in Bob's illustration; now we know the origin of the blood stain on the wall.
Process
I made this illustration of Patrick with Krita, just like I did with Bob's. I start with the lines layer, which is like the mold where I will later pour the colors and details of the character.
Ahora sigo con los colores base de Patricio que son el rosa del cuerpo, y el verde y morado del pantalón. A continuación les muestro imágenes del desarrollo de la coloreado:
Now I continue with the base colors of Patrick that are the pink of the body, and the green and purple of the pants. Then I show you images of the development of the coloring:
Es hora de sombrear y agregar detalles a la ilustración. Usé una textura de piel que se parece un poco a la de los animales marinos. Hice unas zonas muy oscuras para conseguir un dibujo aterrador; en este caso no quiero colores brillantes.
It's time for shading and adding details to the illustration. I used a skin texture that resembles a bit that of marine animals. I made some very dark areas to get a scary drawing; in this case I don't want bright colors.
Luego puse la sangre y algunos otros detalles. Hay sangre en el martillo, el brazo izquierdo, la cabeza y la tabla. Quería que pareciera que la sangre había brotado por todas partes con cada martillazo que se daba a sí mismo.
Then I put the blood and some other details. There is blood on the hammer, left arm, head and board. He wanted it to look as if blood had sparked everywhere with every hammer blow he gave himself.
Finalmente, agrego el piso y la pared salpicados de sangre de la habitación donde está Patricio (y Bob también). El resultado es el de la imagen expuesta al inicio de esta publicación. Puedes ver que me inspiré en estrellas de mar reales, con un enfoque bizarro y siendo fiel a la estupidez de Patricio. Finally, I add the blood splattered floor and wall of the room where Patrick is (and Bob too). The result is that of the image exposed at the beginning of this publication. You can see that I was inspired by real starfish, with a bizarre approach and staying true to Patrick's stupidity. I think this one looks awesome. I love the inspiration from the real starfish that you added on the underside edges. That's an awesome detail. Great job on this one. Hahahaha yeah! That's why it made me laugh a lot when I saw that gif because it was precisely the reference of this drawing.
