AI Art Experiences

I'm here again with some fresh notebook updates, after some technical issues. But first, it's time to say a big thanks to everybody, I couldn't imagine that my last post would get such big support!

To see how all the fellow AI artist were happy with my notebooks, made me focus on improve them. Of course, as a good noob, I messed up many things on them, and even deleted one by mistake... now, everything is already fixed although had to restore the deleted one and update the link in my previous post, sorry for that. I'm about to add a new section below this one, with the proper links to the notebooks. Gonna be like this in all my posts, so anybody interested can access to my notebooks easily.

My yesterday's goal was to implement a proper prompt menu to the Mse regularized Modified VQGAN+CLIP Notebook, the lack of it was uncomfortable, as you needed to prompt the stuff directly in the code.

So now you can prompt in the menu, also set the width, height, dataset model, initial image, display frequency, seed and max iterations.

It was funny to freak out because the datasets seemed to don't work, although there were downloaded and loaded properly. So I was asking for a painting and the AI was delivering me photographic outputs... at end it seemed the AI needed have the text prompt between [ ] as text characters. To be honest, I don't understand why. But anyway it works now.

Also, I had to implement a new seed system, as the one included in this notebook, was not able to produce random ones by itself. You had to put one manually, or put None and leave the AI work without a seed. Now, as in the Enhanced Original VQGAN+CLIP Notebook, if you put in -1 in the seed field, the notebook gonna generate a random one.

To end, I would like to implement target images to the MSE Notebook, as they are in the Enhanced Original one, but it seems tricky, need to figure how to make it yet. Also, I have removed temporarily some datasets that were not working from all my notebooks. I have to look at it, as well. By the way, if somebody can find a notebook with Aspect Ratio Calculator, tell me, and I'd add this feature to my notebooks. And if any of you have suggestions, feel free to drop them in the comment section.

Aquí estoy otra vez con actualizaciones de los notebooks, después de algunos problemas técnicos. Pero primero, es hora de dar las gracias a todos, ¡no me imaginaba que mi última publicación recibiría tanto apoyo!

Ver como otros artistas que usan IA's se pusieron felices con mis notebook, me animó a seguir enfocándome en mejorarlos. Por supuesto, como buen novato, me lie con muchas cosas, e incluso borré uno por error... ahora ya está todo arreglado aunque tuve que restaurar uno de ellos y crear un enlace nuevo, el cual ya he actualizado en mi anterior publicación, perdón por las molestias. A partir de ahora habrá una pequeña sección debajo de esta, con los enlaces a mis notebooks. Será así en todas mis publicaciones, así cualquiera que esté interesado podrá acceder fácilmente a ellos.

Mi objetivo de ayer era implementar un menu para el prompt en Mse regularized Modified VQGAN+CLIP Notebook, ya que la falta de él y tener que poner todos los parámetros directamente en el código, era muy incómodo.

Así que ahora ya se puede escribir el prompt desde el menu, y también elegir al ancho y alto de la imagen, el modelo de dataset, la imagen de inicio, la frecuencia de display, el seed y las iteraciones máximas.

Fue divertido volverse loco ya que los datasets no parecían funcionar, aunque eran descargados y cargados correctamente. La cosa es que yo le estaba pidiendo una pintura a la IA, y ella me estaba dando resultados fotográficos... al final, parece que la IA necesita que el texto del prompt este entre [ ] como caracteres de texto. La verdad es que no entiendo porqué. Como sea, ya funciona bien.

También tuve que implementar un nuevo sistema para crear seeds, ya que el sistema que venía con este notebook, no podía crear seeds aleatorias. Hasta ahora, había que poner una seed manualmente, o escribir None y dejar la IA trabajando sin seed. Ahora, como en el Enhanced Original VQGAN+CLIP Notebook, si escribes -1 en el campo para escoger un seed, el notebook generara una aleatoria.

Para acabar, me gustaría implementar imágenes objetivo en este MSE notebook, al igual que están en el Enhanced Original, pero se ve complicado, necesito descubrir como hacerlo. También he quitado algunos datasets, en todos los notebooks, los cuales no funcionan y necesito descubrir que sucede. Por cierto, si alguien encuentra un notebook con Aspect Ratio Calculator, qué me lo diga, y así podré implementarlo en mis notebooks. Y si alguno de vosotros tiene alguna sugerencia, puede contármelo en los comentarios.
