Color envelopes us like a warm blanket in wintertime. It awes us with our senses in the spring. And it transforms and alerts us to the changing seasons in Fall. Bright and vibrant, or hushed and subdued, color changes the way we view the world.
I've read how colors affect our lives. We tend to navigate toward certain hues due to perception. This concept has been practiced for thousands of years. In different societies, an array of colors are adapted for specific customs.
From personal decor, to wardrobe, to architecture, to art, our lives move in and are moved by color. Our society base some of its on the definition of beauty. Color is embed in that thought process. For without color, the entire world's palette would be a blank slate.
I wanted to share a mixed media art project that consists of the theme "color in our consciousness".

I then utilized Canva to blend the different type images. I leave with you my procedures which began with a blank, white canvas. I then add layers of elements in accordance with my upgraded Annual Pro Membership that includes tools to remove backgrounds, resize, filter, duplicate, and reposition items as required. Perhaps of all the tools, the ability to remove backgrounds thereby creating transparencies of the images is crucial to the blending process.

Colorize Your Consciousness
Colorea tu conciencia
El color nos envuelve como una cálida manta en invierno. Nos asombra con los sentidos en primavera. Y nos transforma y alerta del cambio de estación en otoño. Brillante y vibrante, o silencioso y tenue, el color cambia nuestra forma de ver el mundo.
He leído que los colores afectan a nuestras vidas. Tendemos a orientarnos hacia ciertos tonos debido a la percepción. Este concepto se practica desde hace miles de años. En distintas sociedades, una gama de colores se adapta a costumbres específicas.
Desde la decoración personal hasta el vestuario, pasando por la arquitectura y el arte, nuestras vidas se mueven y son movidas por el color. Nuestra sociedad se basa en parte en la definición de belleza. El color está incrustado en ese proceso de pensamiento. Porque sin color, la paleta del mundo entero sería una pizarra en blanco.
Quería compartir un proyecto de arte de técnica mixta que consiste en el tema «color en nuestra conciencia».

Luego utilicé Canva para mezclar las diferentes imágenes tipo. Os dejo mis procedimientos que empezaron con un lienzo en blanco. A continuación, añado capas de elementos de acuerdo con mi suscripción anual Pro actualizada que incluye herramientas para eliminar fondos, cambiar el tamaño, filtrar, duplicar y reposicionar elementos según sea necesario. Tal vez de todas las herramientas, la capacidad de eliminar fondos creando así transparencias de las imágenes es crucial para el proceso de mezcla.

Color really is amazing, isn’t it, @justclickindiva? It's wild how different shades can totally change the vibe of a space or how we feel. Like, ever notice how some people are just drawn to certain colors? I guess it's all about those personal connections and how colors make us feel.
Some people swear by the calming effects of blues and greens, while others love the energy of reds and yellows. And then there's black—always stylish and versatile. Personally, I think it's cool how much color influences our choices, from what we wear to how we decorate our spaces.

Absolutely @silversaver888 color affects choices we make daily in all phases of our lives. I've always wondered how countries choose the colors to represent them as a nation. A flag; state fowl or animal. Personally, I'm a dark and dramatic person as anyone can tell from my fiction writing and mixed media art projects. So burgundy, black, dark gray, and dark browns for me from wardrobe to home decor.
Blues and greens and all the other cool colors are calming agents. I've read the color psychology articles that mention the affect color has on patients during treatments.

I always believe that color is a spice to the world, if we had just one color everything about life will be so boring, that's the simple truth.
Definitely @beauty197. Life would be extremely boring without color. I can't imagine the seasons changing the colors remaining the same. We wouldn't know one from the other if other factors weren't present to alert us, such as hot vs. cold.

This is just so unique, the color presentation makes it stands out. I love how the green makes it looks natural while the other colors brought out the brightness. This is just beautiful 😍
Yes, you can see how each color affects the eyes and our perception of the happenings inside the image. I chose the female with a blank face, but a splash of green on her body. The green is a cool color. And of course, yellow will brighten up any scene.
