It's a wooden car made from a plant's stick with some rubber bands. It makes a sound like 'tik tik tik' when it moves. Basically, you have a string in your hand and can roll the car with you wherever you go. It's a rare handcrafted DIY item.
I also bought a panda stuffed toy for them too for the celebration of panda token. Along with many other things. I do everything I can to make the kids happy.
You are a rare uncle, and I know your nieces cherish you. How thoughtful. I had a rolling toy when young as we all do as toddlers. They are so much fun dragging them behind you as you pull the string. Some make loud noises. The louder the better. Wasn't fun for parents to step on the toys.
