First of all, have a happy start to the week. I want to welcome you to my blog. Sharing another week in the splinterlands contest in its 321th edition. On this occasion I am pleased to share with you the impressive fan art of Commander Slade, a work full of creativity and color made in Illustrator.

Ante todo tengan un feliz inicio de semana. Quiero darles la bienvenida a mi blog. Compartiendo una semana más en el concurso de splinterlands en su edición número 322. En esta ocasión me complace el compartirles el impresionante fan art de Manticore, un trabajo lleno de mucha creatividad y colorido realizado en Illustrator.
PROCESO / PROCESS
Paso 1 (Boceto y Line arte) / Step 1 (Sketch and Line art)
Lo primero que hice fue dibujar un boceto de Manticore, después empecé por delinearlo todo.
The first thing I did was draw a sketch of Manticore, then I started outlining everything.
Paso 2 (Color) / Step 2 (Colour)
Los colores base que use para este trabajo fueron, amarillos, naranjas, grises, ocres, verdes y azules. Luego aplique detalles de luces y sombras para obtener el volumen y por ultimo un fondo con unas lapidas y una luna.
The base colors I used for this work were yellows, oranges, grays, ochres, greens and blues. Then apply details of lights and shadows to obtain volume and finally a background with some tombstones and a moon.
