Hola Hivers, esta ocasión, escogí la unidad legendaria de tipo muerte Ilthain para el concurso de #splinterlands de esta semana.
Hi Hivers, this time, I chose the Ilthain legendary death type unit for this week's #splinterlands contest.
Me gusto mucho su expresión en el arte original y quise hacer un retrato con esa mirada en su rostro. En esta ocasión, realice un boceto más simple usando el modelo 3d, como referencia.
I really liked her expression in the original art and wanted to make a portrait with that look on his face. This time, I made a simpler sketch using the 3d model, as a reference.
Para luego pasar a pintar el personaje en varias capas distintas, mantuve el enfoque en el rostro, así que pase la mayoría del tiempo trabajando allí, luego pase a hacer el resto de la ilustración.
I then went on to paint the character in several different layers, I kept the focus on the face, so I spent most of the time working there, then went on to do the rest of the illustration.
Use varios pinceles e imágenes con texturas para darle más personalidad al dibujo. Para el fondo mantuve algo simple con ayuda de un pincel que da ese efecto como de nube o niebla, además de la capa de ruido y un efecto de aberración cromática.

I used several brushes and textured images to give the drawing more personality. For the background I kept something simple with the help of a brush that gives that cloud or fog like effect, plus the noise layer and a chromatic aberration effect.
