Hola feliz viernes, hoy es mi primera vez participando en este concurso, en esta oportunidad utilice al personaje Charlok Minotaur del juego @splinterlands, el dibujo lo realice en el programa adobe illustrator, para realizar este dibujo revise varios dibujos de minotauros y de otros guerreros en diferentes poses para tener una idea de como haría el personaje.
Primero realice un boceto a lapiz y sobre este realice el vectorizado.
After the vectorization I added the base colors.
Luego de realizar el vectorizado fui agregando los colores bases.
Once I had the base colors defined I had to add the shadows and lights to his axe to give it more depth and not look so flat, here I had some difficulty, because I did not know where to add the shadows and I had to see different references to get an idea and that the shadows were well and did not look like a stain.
Una vez que ya tenia los colores bases definidos me toco agregar las sombras y las luces a su hacha para darle mas profundidad y que no se viera tan plano, aquí si tuve algo de dificultad, ya que no sabia donde agregar las sombras y tuve que ver diferentes referencias para tener una idea y que las sombras quedaran bien y no se vieran como una mancha.
At this point I added the last details of the fire on his body (I don't know how to draw fire very well) and the glow produced by the fire on his body and on the axe.
En este punto le agregue los últimos detalles del fuego en su cuerpo (no se muy bien dibujar fuego) y el resplandor que produce el fuego en su cuerpo y en el hacha.
Finally, I added a background and his shadow so he wouldn't look like he was in the middle of nowhere.
Para finalizar le agregue un fondo y su sombra para que no pareciera que estaba en la nada.
