¡Hola a todos en la comunidad de hive blog! En estos días se celebra la tradición de las máscaras y los colores, “el Carnaval”. Entre las tradiciones venezolanas hablando de mascara destacan esos personajes coloridos los “Diablos danzantes” que no son precisamente celebrados en esta época festiva. Aprovechando este periodo de máscaras quise realizar esa ilustración. Las formas de las diferentes máscaras son muy llamativas e interesantes.
Hello everyone in the hive blog community! In These days the tradition of masks and colors is celebrated, "the carnival". Among the Venezuelan traditions about masks , those colorful characters, the “Dancing Devils,” stand out, who are not exactly celebrated during this festive season. Taking advantage of this period of masks I wanted to make this illustration. The shapes of the different masks are very striking and interesting.

¡Bueno! Lo primero que hice fue documentarme gráficamente un poco sobre la vestimenta de estos personajes encontré esa referencia que me fue muy útil para realizar este dibujo.
Well! The first thing I did was graphically document myself a little about the clothing of these characters. I found that reference that was very useful for me to make this drawing.

Comencé dibujando la forma de la máscara el cuerpo del personaje, luego de realizar el bosquejo dibujé la silueta de la figura y agregue color a toda la imagen; es natural que en este dibujo predominara el rojo, porque es el color típico de estos trajes, de hecho, es un dibujo casi monocromático. ¡Bueno! Con paciencia fui limpiando los colores. Modifique un poco la forma del boceto origina, en la parte del cuerpo, porque veo que en estos personajes la máscara excede un poco la proporción en comparación al cuerpo. Luego trabajé las luces y sombras y algunos detalles y texturas en la máscara. ¡Bueno así me ha quedado esta ilustración espero que les guste!
I started by drawing the shape of the mask, the character's body, After making the sketch, I drew the silhouette of the figure and added color to the entire image; It is natural that red predominated in this drawing, because it is the typical color of these suits, in fact, it is an almost monochromatic drawing. well! With patience I cleaned the colors. Modified the shape of the original sketch a little, in the body part, because I see that in these characters the mask exceeds the proportion a little compared to the body. Then I worked on the lights and shadows and some details and textures on the mask. Well this is how this illustration turned out, I hope you like it!
