¡Hola a todos en la comunidad de hive blog! ¡un saludo especial a los artistas que comparten sus creaciones en la comunidad de #alienarthive! en esta ocasión les expongo mi propuesta que participara en la primera edición de #cosmiccreations. Cuando leí la iniciativa que han tomado de realizar el concurso cada dos semanas me ha motivado a participar.
El tema es nave espacial, y bueno, tan diversa es la imaginería entorno a ese tema, por eso es tan complejo realizar una propuesta; Tuve que meterme en la maquina del tiempo y retornar a algunos proyectos viejos que he realizado. Siempre me ha llamado la atención la imaginería pre histórica, y bueno hace tiempo tenia referencias de mascaras antropomórficas basadas en creaciones antiguas, recuerdo que dibujaba escenarios con esas cualidades. Seguí retornando y bueno suelo asociar visualmente una nave con una medusa. He tenido proyectos desechados de medusas como nave ciudad ciudad o capsula que nunca fueron concretadas. Pues considere muy bien esas ideas y aunque no es un conglomerado muy amplio de investigación tuve en la mente la imagen de hacer una medusa con una especie de estilo "cyber-organico". Y es la propuesta que les muestro en esta ocasión.
Hello everyone in the hive blog community! A special shout out to the artists sharing their creations in the #alienarthive community! On this occasion I present my proposal to participate in the first edition of #cosmiccreations. When I read the initiative they have taken to hold the contest every two weeks, it motivated me to participate.
The theme is a spaceship, and well, the imagery around that theme is so diverse, that is why it is so complex to make a proposal; I had to get into the time machine and go back to some old projects I've done. Prehistoric imagery has always caught my attention, and well, a long time ago I had references to anthropomorphic masks based on ancient creations, I remember drawing scenes with those qualities. I kept going back and well I usually visually associate a ship with a jellyfish. I have had discarded jellyfish projects such as ship city city or capsule that were never completed. Well, consider these ideas very well and although it is not a very broad conglomerate of research, I had in mind the image of making a jellyfish with a kind of "cyber-organic" style. And it is the proposal that I show you on this occasion.

Tenia que ser una sustanciosa roca-medusa espacial, Aunque tiene mecanismos de defensa esta nave es de exploración en este caso esta en alguna célula o glóbulo rojo de algún cuerpo. Cuando dibuje la silueta de la roca dije ¡Pues aquí esta mi nave! Es una forma asimétrica que insinúa que debe estar en constante mantenimiento para su funcionalidad, por su aspecto de antaño, de mucho uso. En la parte inferior les muestro algunas imágenes del proceso.
It had to be a substantial space rock-jellyfish. Although it has defense mechanisms, this ship is for exploration, in this case it is in a cell or red blood cell of a body. When I drew the silhouette of the rock I said Well, here is my ship! It is an asymmetric shape that suggests that it must be constantly maintained for its functionality, due to its appearance of yesteryear, much use. At the bottom I show you some images of the process.

Esta ilustración la he realizado en Krita, He disfrutado mucho realizar esta ilustración me dio un poco de nostalgia reconsiderar ideas que tenia en el baúl, sin embargo he quedado satisfecho con la imagen. ¡Espero que les guste! ¡Nos vemos en el próximo post!
