My Messy Mind!

Patterns out of my brain!

When it comes to my art, I am full of ideas, which sometimes become reality and then you are satisfied. I often fail, but when I have flow it's absolutely wonderful!

At first I had flow, but then came a moment of anxiety, which destroyed the whole creative inspiration and process.

This is the painting I'm talking about.

This painting is truly a failure, on several levels! I have many paintings that are no better but I save them all anyway!

But I feel there are some details that I think are good. It is not easy to accomplish anything good with a broken collarbone.
This painting is 30X30 cm and is in acrylic.

I feel much better since the accident, and that's good! I have many plans, everything I want to create.

Thought I'd try small sculptures, which I already collected on matrial, which is good to have.

I've been looking into the Japanese pottery method where broken things are fixed with a bit of gold. I find it so interesting.

Otherwise, I think it's exciting with broken things, which take on a new form when they're fixed. I have collected bits of coal from a fire that has a beautiful glow!
Thought I'd make something of it!

Thanks for coming to look at my art and read my post.
That's all for now folks.

Sort:

Ännu en vacker canvas! I ditt brutna nyckelbensmissbruk missade du något.

Yes, I have always liked broken things, ever since I was a child. Have had feelers for the broken ones! I have created a lot in my life. I was apprenticed in gold and silversmithing, blown glass, worked a lot in stone. Made Viking jewelry, and painted all the time. It's so nice that you like it, because I myself am not satisfied!

I think what I love is all your art in general, your influence. What you have just written to me about your artistic past also corresponds to my passion. I also like Viking culture. She dominates in your paintings. By certain lines and curves. I am interested in the Gauls who were a people of France before the French (5th century BC to 5th century AD). I think that even though they are gone, there are still vestiges of them in my culture. He was very close in the art of living to the Vikings.

So you have French kinship, so exciting! Link Asterix!
Now I'm so curious, where do you live? How old are you?
It's so much fun to have a conversation. What I learned here at HIVE was to have a dialogue with people. I comment on everything I vote on, and it has paid off for me.

Wonderful. I only meant to have a quick look but spent ages studying every photo!

Really? It's great fun that you like my art. Thank you so much, it warms!

this one is lovely...
gives out a high vibe... just from looking at! :)

And I who think it's unsuccessful! You are too cute who likes the painting. Curious how is Sylvia going?

Today I'm painting a small one :)
..
Don't know.. haven't seen her..

Will be fun to see!

Very interesting lightbulb looking mind to have such messy patterns to exude! Keep up the great work and stay inspired and creative. Cheers

The amount of layering in this work is very attractive and endearing, it has a lot of life and says a lot of positive things about the artist. Many congratulations for this work and for your way of expressing yourself so beautiful and human; I'm looking at your other posts and you have impressive works! 😳 👏

Thank you dear! I like to be playful. Likes colorful paintings. As you can see, it's patterns that I find interesting!

Excellent work, love every detail!

Oh thank you very much! You are also a good painter!

I find your failed painting to be exquisite and fun and not a failure at all. I can totally relate to that anxiety swooping in and ruining the flow, though.

I hope you heal quickly.
