Today, I'm excited to share a unique piece of art with you! This artwork is inspired by a real life moment that captured my heart. Let me tell you the story behind it.
A tenant lives with his family in a unit next door to the one I live in. So my room can be seen from the window of their room. They have a little boy who sits from the window and watches the games while I play games on the computer. I couldn't add the pictures from there to this post for privacy reasons. So tomorrow I see they are bringing two cats to their house. Two very cute black cats. Basically two cats are a mother cat and a baby. Since their arrival, the little boy and his family have spent hours playing with them and I often catch glimpses of these sweet moments from my own window.
Just this morning, while I was working on my computer, I glanced over to see two cats peeking over their balcony wall. They looked so curious and innocent, with big round eyes and a bit of playful mischief in their expressions. I reached for my camera, hoping to capture the moment, but they quickly fled before I could take a picture. But their style is not out of my mind. I have shown their style through my art.
Using Adobe Illustrator, I created this simple yet heartwarming piece to capture the adorable charm of the two cats. Since they were black, I kept the same color scheme in the artwork, focusing on the small details – their expressive eyes, pink noses and that curious curiosity. It took a while to get every detail right, especially since I don't often see them in that pose, but I think it was worth the effort.
