"New faces arrived in town, very attractive and shiny. Jhon knew it was time to begin the hunt, as he would not know how long these new tenants would stay.
After a few days, Jhon observed these tourists very closely, he looked at their face, their arms and their body in general, detailing each end of them. But what really mattered to him was the taste of their blood, yes, John was a vampire.
After coming up with a good plan for the hunt, Jhon finally put it into action. One of those nights when one of the tourists was enjoying the night in the small Lulo's Bar, Jhon waited near the park that was in the direction of the bar. He waited very patiently for this tourist to come, until from a distance he saw a tall figure, walking in his direction, staggering a little, so he guessed it was the target.
In the blink of an eye, Jhon completely changed his image, he went from being just another villager, to being with such a different outfit. He was wearing a dark purple cloak, with some jewelry on it, and his appearance changed drastically, now he was a pale green color and with horns protruding from his head, he was really another being.
Jhon came out of the bushes and waited in the corner of the park for the tourist, who was closer to him. When he finally heard the footsteps nearby, Jhon turned his gaze and fixed his eyes on the tourist and without thinking about anything else, he grabbed the man's arms, who was overdosed, and immediately bit his neck to suck his blood.
After a few minutes, John was satisfied with the tourist's blood, thus ensuring a few more months of life and adding one more victim to his long list. He left the poor man almost passed out on a park bench, so that they would think that he had fallen asleep in the park just because he was drunk.
With only a snap of his fingers, Jhon returned to his recognizable country bumpkin look, with old pants and a tattered shirt. He looked up at the moon and started on his way back to his beloved home on the outskirts of town, leaving no evidence of that act."

Espero muy paciente la venida de este turista, hasta que de lejos vio una figura alta, caminando en su dirección, tambaleándose un poco, así que supuso que era el objetivo.
En un abrír y cerrar de ojos, Jhon cambió completamente su imagen, paso de ser un pueblerino más, a estar con un atuendo tan diferente. Llevaba una capa de color morado oscuro, con algunas joyas en la misma, además su aspecto cambio drásticamente, ahora era de un color verde pálido y con cuernos sobresaliendo de su cabeza, realmente era otro ser.
Jhon salió de los arbustos y espero en la esquina del parque a el turista, quien estaba más cerca de llegar así el. Cuando por fin se escucharon los pasos cerca, Jhon voltio su mirada y fijamente noto que efectivamente era el turista y sin pensar en nada más, tomo de los brazos a este hombre, el cual estaba pasado de copas, y de inmediato mordió su cuello para succionar su sangre.
Al cabo de unos pocos minutos, Jhon se sentía satisfecho con la sangre del turista, asegurando así, unos meses más de vida y agregando una víctima más a su larga lista. Dejo al pobre hombre casi desmayado en un banco del parque, para que pensarán que solo por su borrachera, se había quedado dormido en aquél parque.
Solo con un chasquido de sus dedos, Jhon volvió a su reconocido aspecto de pueblerino, con pantalones viejos y camisa desgastada. Miró la luna y emprendió su camino de vuelta a su querida casa, a las afueras del pueblo, sin dejar ninguna evidencia de aquel acto."

When I sat down to do the sketch, the first thing I thought was that my version of this character would make him physically different from the original. Sure, using the same color palette and integrating aspects of the original character, but making my version very much in my drawing style.
Cuando me senté a hacer el boceto, lo primero que pensé fue que mi versión de este personaje lo haría físicamente distinto al original. Claro, usando la misma paleta de color e integrando aspectos del personaje original, pero haciendo mi versión muy a mi estilo de dibujo.

When I had my sketch done, I detailed it for a while, to see what things I could change and what things I could add, in the end I only made some small changes and with the sketch finished and feeling satisfied, I started to work on the color.
Cuando tuve mi boceto hecho, lo detallé un tiempo, para ver qué cosas le podría cambiar y que cosas le podía agregar, al final solo hice unos pequeños cambios y con el boceto culminado y sintiendome satisfecho, comence a trabajar el color.

I used the same color ball as the original drawing. A very cold color palette, with greens, purples and the truth, nothing flashy or saturated, which I loved, since I don't like to work with drawings very saturated with color.
Use la misma pelota de color del dibujo original. Una paleta de color muy fría, con verdes, morados y la verdad, nada llamativa o saturada, la cual me encantó, ya que no me gusta trabajar dibujos muy saturados de color.

Once the color was worked, the last thing I had to do was to detail some shadows and add the linear and glows in the whole drawing. At the end I was left with a drawing that I really loved in its entirety.
Una vez trabajado el color, lo último que tuve que hacer fue detallar algunas sombras y agregar el linear y brillos en todo el dibujo. Quedándome al final un dibujo que realmente me encantó en su totalidad.
