In the last few days I worked again with my watercolor, trying to practice again this technique into more detailed painting.
This first try is just a realistic portrait - not exactly a lifelike one because I want to keep some cartoonish-illustrative trait it it.

What kind of paper and paints do you use for your watercolor work?I'm always interested in learning more about different materials and techniques.
Well, I use common watercolor and common 300g/m2 paper. But the most important thing are the brushes, in my opinion.
That's interesting!While brushes are important,I've found that the paper quality also significantly impacts the final result.
