"Handling Stress..." by Richard F. Yates (Holy Fool)

How do you handle stress? I don't handle it well, but I can escape a bit into drawing... Currently sitting outside the E.R., (I'm phobic about illness shit,) waiting to hear how my daughter is doing... (Her blood pressure was really low, so we were sent here.)

Instead of panicking, I'm drawing... Here's the first completed piece...

I have no idea how long I'll be here, so who knows what I might come up with!? (Horror....)

Thankz fur stoppin bye!

Dude, you are talented! Really like how your imagination works.
I hope your daughter is ok and was nothing serious.

Congrats on being currated by @curangel and @nikv! I was lucky to be chosen by @curangel as well, so i am taking the time to read and upvote all others chosen to say thanks.

Thanks for the comment! And, yes, we got her medication worked out, and she's feeling better!!! Thanks!!!

Ah cool, good news, glad to hear it.

On the stress question, I try my best to just avoid it. In stressfull situations or scenarios, I'll recognise the stressfull situation and try to accept it and accept there's not much i can do to control it if it's beyond my control. If there is something i can do to help or alleviate it, I'll try my best to put a plan in place to help.

I find deep breathing can also help, if the stress is nerves for a big interview or presentation or similar.
