Its sad to hear that you lost many of your works because of this. I recommend buying a voltage stabilizer with a new UPS if you ever plan on buying a new one. It kinda helps with the unstable electricity and from your comment above it looks like you really need it :) Perhaps Hive money can help with that.
Exposing pc to such unstable electricity may cause damage to the power ic inside the mother board. That's kinda expensive to fix sadly.
I'm curious, is a UPS really expensive in your country? I can get a decent one for around 30$ here and voltage stabilizer costs around 15$.

That is practically the one I have the same brand and capacity, I think it cost me 80 last year, I don't remember 🤣 There are some cheap ones and another more than 300 , 400., ....
