Hello everyone! Welcome back to another Splinterlands fan art post. For this fan art, I have drawn Drybone Megalodon, but a cute version. This card is Rare Unit from the Rebellion Rewards card set. Here are the detailed step-by-step procedures for creating this fan art.

Sketching:

I begin by sketching the basic design and pose of a little hark. This includes deciding on its exaggerated features like large eyes and a playful expression for a cute, cartoonish look.

Line Art:

I refine the sketch with clean, dark lines to define the character's details, such as its fins, teeth, and markings.

Base Coloring:

I then fill in the character with flat base colors. I used gradients to add depth and contrast, such as transitioning from dark brown on top to light gray below.

Shading and Highlights:

I then added shading to areas like under the fins and the lower parts of the body to give it a 3D look. I alsp added highlights on the eyes, fins, and shiny surfaces for a vibrant appearance.

Details and Effects:

Lastly, I added small details like the glowing red eyes, texture on the fins, and sharp teeth.

Background:

For the background, I used colors like an orange gradient sky, plants, and rippling sand to complement the shark.
