Congratulations @sieghard1990 for winning 10/07 Contest and 10k SBT tokens!
To celebrate the recent partnership between Pepe and Sbt, I want to giveaway 10k SBT.
The SBT community is a Splinterlands community that does token giveaways and a weekly dividend drop. It's awesome, and I have personally purchased 300k SBT as well as having received a 2 million SBT delegation from @sbtofficial it's a token I will continue to purchase and I suggest you do as well. This token has a lot of value, and I think we should support the project together.

Answer the question: Terracore or Splinterlands- How would you distribute rewards for winners and losers? What would your strategy promote?
One winner will be chosen to receive 10,000 SBT. This is a token on Hive Engine.
@sbtofficial thanks for your support, and please let the community know to use the #pepe tag on their post. If you're a member of the SBT community, remember to use the #pepe tag on your quality posts.

It'd ensure that weaker players can still grow their holdings without going bankrupt, though stronger players grow 50% faster.
Splinterlands system for distributing rewards is fine--that is, 0 for losers and winner will take all which is fair.
@logen9f
I would implement a tiered system that rewards both winners and losers, promoting engagement and encouraging players to improve their skills.
The simplest way I see for Splinterlands to reward both players is by treating both players of the match as the winner and then lowering the rewards by a set percentage for the loser or both.
For example, let's say there is a match between player A which would get 0.1 SPS and 121 GLINT if they won, and player B which would get 0.2 SPS and 245 GLINT if they won.
If only the defeated player would get their reward lowered by something like 90%, player A would get 0.01 SPS and 12.1 GLINT if they lost while player B's reward would stay the same.
The other option would have both players receiving a lowered amount of rewards, such as player A getting 0.09 SPS and 108.9 GLINT for a victory, and player B getting 0.02 SPS and 24.5 GLINT.
In both cases, the players would be rewarded for playing no matter how weak they are, but the stronger player would get a larger reward.
imho its correct all rewards go to winners
