I usually finished the whole work for 1hour and 30mins. Followed with Zumba Dances for another 1hour and 30mins. I do random in between breaks that take less than 2 minutes whenever I'm thirsty, need to wipe my sweats, or to click record/stop button for videos.

ayos ah, ang haba ng exercise mo.. everyday? nakakapagod. hahaha

Hindi naman everyday. 3x a week ko lang taoh kaya. Masakit sa muscle pag araw-araw. Pero sana magawa ko un one day! ❤️

This is absolutely a good thing! I've been working out as well. Mine is calisthenics. Thank you for sharing coz a lot of people tend to just lay in bed and wait till the sun goes down while doing nothing. This helps a lot

I'll check your blog about calisthenics. I heard a lot of good things about that on YouTube. Once I reach 45kg, I would love to try different routine. Thanks for reading and appreciation. 👩‍💻

Oh unfortately, i really don't post my work out routine haha i prefer lowkey, work underground and surprise them lol u see what i mean. But yea calisthenics is good if u wanna cut muscles. Its also good coz you're mastering your own weight. Plus diet so its a wombo combo
