Good day this morning in the garden while taking some Autumn leaf shots and flower shots i came acros this small dragonfly , it looks like a Bloedrode heidelibel / Sympetrum sanguineum / Ruddy darter but i'm not convinced yet .
Maybe the colours are a bit off because the end of the season
but it was warming it self on the wooden fence in the morning sunlight.

I had one of these in my garden the other day but it had gone before I could photograph it. I'm hoping I have so dragonfly lava in my garden pond.
i don't have a pond myself so no idea where it came from.
