Yep stuff will definitely change as you progress :) and really damn fast if it's something new to you and you have a lot to learn XD
That mistake you pointed out is one of those things where I wouldn't have had a clue if you hadn't said anything, but always good to note these things down for your own future reference :D

Oh, yeah. I've always done big ears for the chibis. In fact they used to be bigger but due to the pose, only one of them was more prominent in early designs :P
