It's fine, it just looks like it's been painted rather than cel shaded :) And this style probably works a lot better than realism as anime proportions are actually mildly terrifying when drawn/coloured realistically XD
Have you previously done an explanatory post of how you colour? If you haven't I would love to read one if you're willing to share/write one.
