Well!! Batagor is a typical food of Bandung, which is now almost known by all people in Indonesia.

This batagor has been around for a long time too !! Introduced to the Aceh region, and certainly welcomed by the people in Aceh.

Batagor is made from soft tofu and filled with batter made from mackerel and some use chicken meat mixed with tapioca flour, then in a round shape, then fried until cooked.

Friends do you know? If batagor is almost similar to dumplings, the difference is only in the use of sliced ​​tofu, if dumplings do not use tofu, and also the dumplings are boiled in soups that have been seasoned.

This batagor has a very delicious flavor and fits on the tongue of all Indonesian people.
