How times have changed about what was considered taboo and now is no longer so, although many people are still reluctant to talk about certain topics such as sex and all that can derive from it.
I think that self-exploration and self-pleasure is very important to know oneself better, to know what you want as one finds more pleasure and if necessary communicate it to the person with whom one enjoys.
I think everyone does it whether they admit it or not, to a greater or lesser extent but it is something natural and I even think it should be done because that way we know ourselves better, whether we are in a couple or not and it's great!
