So...five cups of coffee a day is excess you think? (I think it is) But that's where I was at up to last Saturday. The last four days haven't been too bad without it, but damn that coffee today was god! Lol.

Five cups is quite a lot, but then I drink around two liters of water after two strong kick-starters to the day, yup coffee!
I drink heaps of water too, it's just that some of it is filtered through coffee. Lol.
Water is boiled and filtered too, living in Africa!

Actually, you just reminded me...today I came across a shop in my travels that stocks only South African products. I didn't get the chance to go in but I'll see if I can get in there over the next week or so for a gander. (Look)
There's a few online places we can get your products but this is the first I've seen in person and it's actually only a short drive from where I live which means it's new or I'd have seen it before. Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing what they have.

If they have "All Gold" Tomato Sauce worth a try, rusks not crazy about the Ouma, brand "Bokomo" Muesli Chunky are great to dunk into coffee, meal in one on the go... !LOLZ
These shops normally end up super expensive with import duties so be very selective if at all...!
