This is somewhere you eat when on the road?
I guess it's a typical trucker thing, eating at road houses and convenient places, but I can't help but think about the health repercussions on people who sit for most of their day and eat, well, questionable food. I wonder if there's room for some sort of healthy eating initiative for people in this situation?
What works for me is LESS of the garbage. That was just 2 small biscuits and gravy and a small crispy cajun. No soda, no tater whatever they ares.
I don't always eat things that would make a billy goat puke... 🤮
For this nights snack I had this... (water & peaches)
There's some walking heart attacks in the trucking industry here, to be honest I'm surprised some of them are allowed to operate heavy machinery. I guess it's an indication of the industry though, companies tightening deadlines and all, reducing wages. Truckers have to keep rolling and there's not always enough time for a healthy diet and exercise.
