I know you are speaking hypothetically about an end of life scenario and all of these wisdoms are gleaned from a lifetime of experiences. I would like to say that a great many folks need to hear these things right now. Did you not say one time that you were writing a book? This would be a great topic to write a book on as well.
Your list is padded out nicely with not a whole lot to add, except things targeted to the individual.
for sure I've had a lot of experiences, and hopefully will have some more however I think anyone could come up with this list for themselves, although most probably do not. I think things through I suppose, pay attention to my experiences, weigh and measure them, and so I guess coming up with lists like this isn't so much about thinking them up as writing down what I do daily.
As for my book...yep that's what I'm doing and stuff like this is peppered throughout together with the experiences that led to them.
That sounds like a worthwhile read. It must be a huge undertaking, to write a book.
I'm not sure if it'll be worthwhile but when I'm gone someone may pick it up and read it and take a moment to think about the dude who lived the words. Or not.
Yes, it's a big undertaking but I'm just writing my life, and having lived it means I'm able to relate it in, what I hope, is a way that presents honestly, openly and with some lessons to take away.
