This week in 3 words: We’ve been duped (The Rundown 3/4)

The Rundown — March 4th

Biden gaslights the nation — Instead of focusing on topics Americans care about (like our open southern border and skyrocketing inflation), Biden talked about transing the kids and FUNDING police during his SOTU. Sheesh! If it wasn’t for Lauren Boebert interjecting mid-speech, Afghanistan wouldn’t have even been mentioned. No wonder only 41% of viewers reacted positively.

Putin wins noble peace prize for ending Covid — OK, that was a Babylon Bee headline, but it is crazy to see just how quickly fears of Covid morphed into fears of Russia. Of course, libs are losing their minds. We’re now seeing corporate media outlets like The Atlantic bring up topics that were considered misinformation just a few days ago. Go figure.

Americans are turning into “preppers” at alarming rates — Thanks to inflation, souring food prices, and a decrease in institutional trust, Americans are turning towards bulk-buying and hoarding to stay prepared. What was once considered a “fringe” theory has evolved into a new normal according to WSJ.

The California exodus is REAL — And it has impacted every state in America. From the data, Americans and businesses are fleeing blue states for red ones in search of better opportunities, more affordable costs of living, and less tyrannical governments. It will be interesting to see how this political sorting plays out come November. Read more.

CEO loses $100 million thanks to Facebook algorithm change — Entrepreneurs like Joe Spieser say they are going under because of Facebook algorithm tweaks. Causing up to 90% in lost organic traffic overnight. The solution? Move to alternative platforms like Gab, NOW!

The article from The Atlantic had me in tears; tears of anger, frustration, sadness, and confusion. The paragraph where Stephanie H. Murray discusses how the CDC does not list speech or language impairments among acceptable reasons for a mask exemption from school is where I dove down into a hole.
I clicked on the link provided in the article thinking it would bring me to a generated list of what exemptions would be accepted. Well I had to open up 7 different tabs from links interwoven within the CDC and eeoc.gov sites and I still was unable to find a list. But what I did find was this, "Disability Discrimination" from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and if you scroll down to where it says Definition of a Disability this is a bullet point:
A person has a disability if he or she has a physical or mental condition that substantially limits a major life activity (such as walking, talking, seeing, hearing, or learning, or operation of a major bodily function).
Oh and again on the eeoc.gov site under the headline Titles I and V of the American Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) a disability is defined as a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities - along with 2 others but for the purpose of my post I am just discussing this one.
And then it proceeds to give examples of what they consider to be a major life activity and you guessed it, among the list is speaking, breathing, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, communicating, and working.

The spectrum of learning disabilities is vast. We have come so far as a society in finding therapies for the children who are diagnosed one. Many of these disabilities impair the major life activities discussed on both the CDC and EEOC websites. So why were exemptions not allowed exactly?

To get diagnosed with a disability, a parent will take their child to their pediatrician and then different therapists will be called in, all to evaluate and try to pin point where the disability lies. Where were all these therapists when these mandates were being enforced? They knew better.

Many of these children require occupational therapy, physical therapy, AND speech therapy to help their little bodies and brains tackle whatever challenges they face.

If a carpenter showed up to a job without a hammer, would he be able to get the job done? If a chef went to work but there was nowhere for him to cook, would he be able to provide a meal?

A child who has trouble with his speech shows up to his therapists office and can't see her mouth, will he heal?

They have tried to harm our children, but I have seen many parents fighting and I hope to see more.

I hope to see speech therapists coming together with data they have collected throughout this plandemic and start flooding outlets with the harm these masks have done.

Oh and I still have yet to find a generated list from the CDC providing us with any acceptable exemptions.

Thank you for this read and the articles you provided. I am new to PEAKD and Hive and I'm glad I came across your post. Thank you for sharing!

Hey! Thanks so much for reading and for your thoughtful response. I just followed you. Welcome to #Hive! It truly is sad how difficult they make it to find any decent information. We're really tasked with doing our own in-depth research, which is quickly turning into a full time job it seems like. I do not understand why our society is putting everyone else BEFORE our children. It makes no sense, and is extremely backwards thinking. No where in history have we sacrificed our healthy for the vulnerable, No where. Instead, we've created so many other more prominent problems with more long lasting harmful effects while demonizing those who call it out in the process. There are no words for this other than sad. And for what? A hope of security? I just don't get it. Again, thanks for reading. I send stuff like this out to my followers practically daily.
